I called dr.rooter to replace my washroom faucet with a new one because the old one was dripping. There was an issue with the initial install but when I brought it up with them they came back and fixed it free of charge, and they even managed to fix an issue that I thought was an install problem but they said was a manufacturing problem with the faucet.

I had 3 other plumbing companies quoting me ridiculous amounts, but Sunny from Dr.Rooter did just the job of unclogging the bathtub that was clogged up by debris from recent reno, for a very reasonable price. Now I know who to call next time for plumbing issues.

The ground was sloping toward my home so had to take care of it before problem got worse. Dr Rooter was quick and responsive in setting up appointment , and were on time and finished the job thoroughly and professionally. Highly recommend their services and will use them again !

After off and on minor flooding in the basement of our semidetached home, we decided that enough was enough. Dr. Rooter was one of the first companies to respond and Steve came out the same day to take a look. Ultimately he recommended that fixing the problem from the inside was a better solution for our home, so we decided to go ahead. Steve, Serge and their crew worked hard and quickly to get the job done. Outside of the expected delays with the City inspectors, the job was finished without any issues and with no surprises. In addition, they were very helpful in making sure that all of the paperwork for the City subsidy program was filled out correctly, which was much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Rooter to anyone I know.

Originally brought Dr. Rooter to look at a bad sewer smell in the basement -- they cleaned up the room and cleaned the drain. They installed a sump pump and back water valve as we were looking to ensuring we didn't have this problem again. They were on-time and on-budget and ensured the job was done to our satisfaction.

Job completed professionally within time lines set out in contract. They are very professional in their their work and courteous with everyone especially my neighbors to whom they were very considerate with the noise. It took a little while for them to come back for the control cuts, but that was due to circumstances beyond their control. Very good job!

Again dr rooter came though for me on my rental home i got a call from tentants last thursday night tell the carpet was soaked so i call dr rooter for the second time (first time was my own house ) steve show the next morning and showed what the problem was had the guys there next morning had the job done in 2 days and also helped me dry the carpert by bring fans to dry it thanks guys dr rooter is best

I called Steve in mid Jan for a water leakage in my basement. Yuri came the next day and fixed a crack in the concrete outside of the foundation wall. He and his assistant did the best they could to preserve my landscaping. So far the fix has been proven effective. No more wet carpet in the basement! I am grateful for their quick action.
