I was really impressed with the speed of the excavation, by those guys. They showed me what was wrong with my pipe line with the special camera and dug it fast to replace it. Quote was actually cheaper than other plumbing companies who came for an estimate

We had a problem with black mold in a corner of our basement. We are about to finish the basement and we wanted to make sure that we wouldn't run into any problems in the future due to moisture in the basement. We felt that the black mold could be a warning sign of things to come. Dr. Rooter seemed to diagnose the problem the best and was able to fix it quickly with a fast and efficient crew.

I asked Dr Rooter to install sump pump and backup pump/battery before Christmas as I didn't want to leave home and worry about the flooding basement. Steve from Dr. Rooter was very responsive and accommodating my request. He arranged the plumber to have the devices installed quickly prior to my departure. Very pleased with the result and professionalism from the sales and installation people. would recommend Dr. Rooter to friends in no time.

I had quite a big of a leak in my basement do to a wall crack I called a few company's to find out some rates , yuri and his crew arrived and I was more then satisfied with their work I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing water proofing.

After purchasing a home and starting a bathroom demo, we discovered that the plumber before (if it was really a plumber) butchered the plumbing. Our plumbing needed to be completely replaced. Steve was quick to answer any questions we had, explained the issues and how they can fix them - all at a reasonable cost. Rick Phillips came to my residence on Friday, January 20th to repair the drain in my bathroom sink. I was very pleased with his work and thought the cost was reasonable. Rick explained to me what the problem was and what would be involved in repairing it. He was pleasant and courteous and I would highly recommend his services to anyone else.

During the Christmas season, we had a problem with our main drain in the house. Dr. Rooter not only gave us the best quote, but they arrived on boxing day, the same day that we called. We needed immediate service, and they were there when we needed them. They installed a new cleanout and backflow outside our front door, and advised us that if we had any more difficulty, the city would look after it. The boys that had to dig to find the old drain. They expected to dig 8 feet. They ended up having to dig 12 feet, and put in the cleanout and backflow. This took only 3 days during the Christmas break. A fellow by the name of Steve was excellent at communicating with me through text. I would highly recommend this company!
