Oleg, Yurij, and co. looked after our main drain problem over the holidays. It was a difficult job under difficult circumstance that they performed without issues and with excellent professionalism. What is almost unique in the industry is their responsiveness. I was always called back in short order. Try that on for size with anyone else! Highly recommended.

I found a leak in my basement and they were able to respond within a few hours of calling (no other companies even called me back). I am single and this is my first home so making decisions and problem solving is daunting and difficult. It was raining a lot and upon initial inspection it seemed obvious that the foundation was leaking. So, they reacted quickly by explaining all of my options to me and describing the least invasive solution. He was able to answer all of my questions and promised to be on site the next day. When the workers arrived the next day the rain had stopped but the water was still coming. It was at that point they realized that it was just a leaky water heater and let me know that I should cancel the whole expensive foundation waterproofing-NO CHARGE. BOTH HONEST AND EFFICIENT.

Very professional at reasonable price. They replaced my entire 60 feet drain line from furnace room to the city line with a new backup valve. They did it within two days with no mess left behind. They have all gadgets for the most expedient service. Highly recommend before trying other rippers.

Sunny was quick to identify the problem, came prepared with the part needed, and fixed the issue right away. He was cheerful and extremely easy to work with. I Would definitely call him again and recommend him for any future work.

Sunny from Dr rooter saved the day, our water bills and our ears in January when he stopped our toilet from running non-stop. He came over the same day I called, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 1/2 an hour. Then, he went above and beyond to ask if there were any other annoying issues around the house he could help with. He then fixed an under performing tap and looked into a few other issues. ABOVE AND BEYOND! That's how I'd describe his service…And we're just so happy we don't have to listen to that annoying trickle of the toilet anymore!

I came home on Boxing Day to find water in my basement (Merry Christmas). It had been raining all day and I could see the water coming in a crack int he foundation. I sent a request for a quote and Steve called the same day to set up a time to inspect the situation and provide an estimate. He came the next morning, provided a quote (less than I thought) and I hired him on the spot. His guys came out the next morning, but because of the saturated ground, they had to dig a 5x5x2 hole by hand. They did all the work, were very friendly and were done long before the end of the day. Me, being cautious, wanted to wait to write this review until we had more rain, which we did a few days later: 10 mm. I anxiously came home from work and there was not a drop of water. I am very happy with the speed and work done. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Steve and your crew for responding so quickly, especially during the holiday season.

We had a backed up toilet and flooding in our house the night before Christmas Eve and called Yuri who ensured that his business partner Oleg was at our door the next day. Oleg came as promised. He and his assistant were prompt, professional, and friendly. They used a camera snake to locate the problem and explained the work that needed to be done. They completed the work with care and made sure that the problem was entirely resolved. They also ensured that they cleaned up after they were done. We appreciate Oleg's thoroughness and his ability to communicate what needed to be done. We especially appreciate his coming to our home on the morning of Christmas Eve. We would recommend Dr. Rooter to anyone and will call upon them without hesitation if and when we need drainage work done in the future.

I called Oleg and his team and they showed up the next day to start the job as it was an urgent matter. They did a very good concrete job outside my house redoing my sidewalks. They were on time , really polite and respectful with my tenants. They also completed a basement rough-in plumbing job at the same time and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work done. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again in the future.
