I have had a problem with my lavatory few days earlier. The water would not flush properly and it would stay there almost tipping over the rim. I tried waiting out and using "liquid plumber", but it did not help much. My friend suggested me to call the Doctor Rooter. In a short period of time they have sent someone to help me out with my problem. I liked the service that was provided to me, problem was fixed in no time. Doctor Rooter was one of 4 bidders on this project. Oleg was fair, courteous and professional in his dealings with us and the client, and completed the project satisfactorily. We will be more than happy to use their services again for our future clients on waterproofing, weepers/sumps and back-water valves projects.

Oleg came to my home the same day we called him. He provided us an excellent quote and was kind enough to come back out to do the work about 3 months later. The work was done by his colleague Konstantin. I was able to see the work first hand as I was also re-locating plumbing and electrical for my washer and dryer in the same area. Konstantin was extremely professional and his quality and expertise showed throughout the entire job. I was more than pleased with the outcome of the drain re-location, and Konstantin was kind enough to explain everything he did. Now I have a better understanding of main line drainage, and the satisfaction of quality workmanship for the work completed.

Oleg is very helpful and he answered my call quickly for basement water leak problem. He got a team of professional workers including Sergey and Konstanian to fix the foundation wall leak and window well drainage problem on the next day. These guys did a good job and they explained in details what was done to fix the problem. They cleaned up the place after the job. Thanks guys.

I had sewage back up in my laundry room. Roman came on time, took control of the situation, and ran a camera to see were the problem was. He was very courteous and professional. The work was done fast and they cleaned up after themselves.

Excellent Service, job done very professionally. Mr. Konstanian was extremely professional and took care of all minor details, they cleaned up and put everything back to its original look. You're hardly will notice that the dig about 9 feet around the house.

We had a clogged drain in the basement, I was trying to reach out for emergency plumbing company late in the evening. No one returned my calls, Oleg from Doctor Rooter gave me a call back in half an hour after I left a message. It was such a relief when he with the assistant got here and took care of my flooded basement. It was hard to deal with the standing water, it was a disaster. They scoped the drain several times, than the clog went down the pipe. Cleaned the floor and mess around, returning my basement to its original condition. Guys have been working till 2am, very pleased with their commitment. It was on the expensive side, but I’m just happy that it all done.

Doctor Rooter came to install a new backwater valve. Their crew were professional and did an excellent job. They left the workspace just as clean as when the found it. I fully recommend Doctor Rooter.

We found Doctor Rooter here on Homestars. We called several companies to get an estimate for our driveway. Sergey and Oleg were the most trustful people from all of them. Even though the price they gave me wasn't cheap, we still decided to go with them and we didn't regret it after they finish the job. Sergey and a crew showed up early every morning and they left their workplace clean every day. I highly recommend them for everyone. Very friendly and professional guys.

Yet again Oleg, Bill and the crew did a top class job. We recently bought a house and came across some issues the previous contractor screwed up including putting the waterproof membrane back to front. Within 2 days Doctor Rooter excavated, installed new membrane, a window well and fixed some other drainage issues. The entire team are hard working, professional and always leave the job site clean and tidy. Thanks again Quick update, today (November 6th) Oleg yet again went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after when the sewage pump in our basement gave up. Despite been extremely busy, Oleg came out 2 days in a row to fix our problem and because he was delayed he almost refused to take any money. There simply no better contractor in the city that Oleg and Doctor Rooter! Thanks again guys
