My Basement was leaking and I had my carpet going green from mold, there were few more cracks on the way. I heard that waterproofing can be expensive and it's a gamble to find descent and professional contractor these days. So, I had to make my choice carefully and was referred to Doctor Rooter. Reading their reviews on Homestars made me satisfied and I arranged for a quote with Oleg. He was able to come on a short notice and his costumer service was top notch, his pricing was reasonable compare to the other quotes. From our appointment I understood that I should hire Doctor Rooter to do the job and the next morning Konstantin come out to do the fixing. He was very courteous, neat and clean. The whole job was completed in one day, very organized, which made me really happy. Thank you for going the extra mile. Very professional !!!Highly recommended !!!Will definitely recommend to others. We needed a driveway widening. To do so we needed to uninstall and reinstall our old retaining wall in new place. We called several companies, to get estimates. Oleg from Doctor Rooter come up with most real and detailed one. A week later as it was scheduled, the crew showed up and disassembled the wall, removed all extra ground and reassembled the wall. They did very good job. A couple days later they poured concrete level on the driveway and job was done with amazing results. Definitely recommend this company. After two years concrete start to brake looks awful, calls not answering, Definitely not recommend this company.

I had a water comming back up the floor drain, as i turned out i had a broken drain pipe and the blokage, as a result water started coming back up. I called Doctor Rooter, and in less than an hour i had someone already explaining me what happened and what should be done. Estimation was free of charge as well as the inspection. In less than 3 days the problem was solved also my level of displeasure about the problem occured was minimized as fast as possible. Very professional guys who realy know what they doing! Next time i have plumbing trouble i know who to go to!

I was recently recommended to Doctor Rooter for some major work that needed to be done in my mom's basement. We recognized that the job was big, but were soon put at ease when Konstantine and Oleg explained what the issues were, what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. They were very knowledgeable and professional and started the job immediately. Konstantine and the team replaced both inside and outside drain in 3 days. My friends recommend us Doctor Rooter to replace our old driveway. We liked the price they gave us. Sergey with a crew were well organized. They started early in the morning and stayed till the job was done. It took for them less than a week to complete a project. After last summer's flood we realized that the house wasn't as up to date as we thought. I hired Doctor Rooter to do a complete water proofing and they did an excellent job. Their staff was polite and the work was phenomenal. I would highly recommend them.

I called doctor rooter for emergency service late in the evening. I tried to find out myself where the leak was coming from, but everything seemed okay. They send their technician within 1 hour, after the inspection, he diagnosed that copper pipe that goes between levels got rusted and leaking . It took 2hours for them to fix it all, cut the hole in the ceiling and replace that rotten piece, also cleaning up. I liked the way they work, very competent and hardworking guys. I will call doctor rooter in case of anything.

Oleg and Bill were very professional, friendly and helpful. They installed a backup sump pump in our new home correcting some poor work from the previous contractor. They also went to great pains to clean up afterwards....always a good sign. Highly recommended
