It was my second time I used Doctor Rooter, before they did some plumbing and now it was a frozen pipe. The plumber who fixed the pipe came in hour after my call, replaced the frozen piece and soldered a new one. It took about an hour to complete everything, so I was able to come back to my daily routine. No problems with them, I absolutely happy with the service: time, price and quality - that what makes customer loyalty.

Called Doctor Rooter for a second opinion after a first contractor said that we need to replace the faucet in order to change the cartridge in the shower. Oleg said it is not necessarily and helped me out. It was the one that hard to find through the internet or any retailer store. But he found and changed it too. He fixed it with the small drain snake in no time. It was fast, though I don’t feel overcharged at any rate, the shower draining now perfectly.

I own an old semi-detached house in Toronto and have used different companies over the years facing all kinds of problems. Most of the plumbing companies are fine but always lacking in some way or other. I found doctor rooter almost two year ago and they are superior to every other company that I have used. I would like to thank them for the latest job they did. The tree root grew into the pipe and caused a blockage. Alex came for the set appointment and diagnosed the cause very quickly. Job was started the next day, 8am in the morning the crew of three guys was there. They have been working hard for 9 hours, with half an hour lunch break. And Alex came around couple of times to check. By the end of the day old drain was changed and main part of the job was complete. On the second day, they started at 9 am and everything was finished by the afternoon. The site was left clean and seemed untouched. I didn’t have any problem so far with them. I appreciate in these guys strive to make fair business, always pricing before starting the project and no additional charges after; pleasant workmanship and excellent quality. Strongly recommend them.

Had a leak in the basement,oleg from doctor rooter came for an estimate and got that job. He found a crack in the wall, which might get worse if won't get repaired. We decided to start asap,the work was done in 24 hours,everything seems done right,we don't have problems with the basement so far.

I called Oleg to fix clogged kitchen sink awhile ago. Before I tried to unclog it myself, but nothing helped. Than I had a plumber, it was alright for a month, but clog came back again. Though Oleg solved the problem, explained why it kept blocking up. And also gave me some useful tips for preventing future problems with it and asked if anything to call him back.
