So my drainage sewer pipe cover cracked in half. The best part its on my driveway. The best part is that cover was super glued. So I called the pros. Yuri answered the phone and suggested that I should be able to complete this on my own (I like his honesty). However when I mentioned that situation, he and his colleague came in right away and replaced it in 15 minutes. If I have any plumbing issues, I will call them for the future.

I had few contractors with good ratings at Homestar for estimate. Some wont even let you ask questions and just wanted to close the deal. Some had unreasonable prices way beyond my budget. Dr Rooter is commendable for its attention to detail catering to customers' needs and queries. From the estimate, to customer's concern, everything was addressed on point. The crew came on time and did an excellent quality job. Dmitri, Andre, Sasha and Yuri were very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company for their expertise.

Contacted Dr Rooter to declog a shower drain. They responded quickly, provided me with a confirmed date and time to come and assess the issue. The plumber arrived on time, provided a quote and after our approval did the work promptly. As it is an old house it turned out to be more than just a clogged drain. They came back to finish the job accommodating our schedule. The job site was cleaned up and plumbing issues gone all at the price quoted. We will definitely recommend Dr Rooter!

Needed second dishwasher installed, under counter cabinets sized to fit. Installer very professional, ensured everything was connected properly and fitted exactly, made sure he cleanest up when finished. Whole process from initial contact, receiving estimate, installation and follow up very professional. Would recommended highly to anyone. Yuri is great

Our basement started gushing water during recent rains. Dr Rooter was efficient, came when they said they would, did a great job and left the area as they found it. They also helped to stem the leak the night it happened by sealing the inside wall to prevent damage. The price was reasonable and we would highly recommend them

My bathroom shower temperature was broken. The water was not draining as well. I called Dr. Rooter and they were quick to reply. We were scheduled for a Saturday but they were able to come on the Friday. They gave me a quote and at the end of the job it was exactly what they quoted me. I appreciate that kind of honesty. These guys are professional and courteous. They treated my home with respect. Took off their shoes and even took the garbage out. I would definitely use them again and refer them to my family and friends.

Did not receive 400 square feet of concrete only 348 square feet. Did not fix damage to boulevard and lawn caused by the cement truck as per paragraph 4 of the contract. Only paid balance as intimidated by the men who came to pick up the balance. Would never recommend a company that takes advantage of seniors as this one did.
