    Electrical OutLet Change / Repair

    Richard came over to our home almost immediately to change an out outlet that was not working. Richard was very kind and showed excellent customer service. We couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so much Richard. We will use your services again.

    Honest, reliable people

    We bought an electric dryer not realising that we did not have the required 240-volt power outlet in our laundry (first time home owners learning a lot about owning a property). Richard got in contact with us and had his employee Kevin come out to give us a quote. Upon inspection they realised they would need to rewire a considerable amount of stuff and the cost would be quite high due to having to replace our panel breaker thanks to some dodgy wiring from the renovations done years ago. Against their better interest, they suggested we look into replacing the dryer with a gas dryer as they noticed there was a gas line in the house and it would be more economical for us. While we are still in the midst of deciding what to do as we tussle with the appliance company over return costs and whether it's worth exchanging or getting the wiring redone (which we have to do anyway), my wife and I sincerely appreciated the honesty and help Richard provided to us. We will definitely be reaching out to Reel Services for work we have planned in the future. Rest assured they are an honest company who only want the best for their clients.

    Household Panel Upgrade

    Sooner or later, we had to just say Good-bye to our 50-year-old fused-panel box. Fortunately, we got to see beforehand the outstanding quality of their workmanship as our neighbor was in midst of one of Richards upgrades. From their experience, we knew that ReelServices.ca as able to provide us with a high level of professional service. Richards straightforward explanation of the process was clear and precise, but it was Kevin and Mikes amazing workmanship a great team -- Kevin, ever so patient, steady, his attention to detail, while Mike cleared the way and left the work area so clean and tidy. A great experience.

    Electrical work

    Richard helped me identify and replace a faulty breaker which had been tripping randomly. I was told by others that my whole electrical wiring needed to be replaced which would run up around $5,000, but Richard was very knowledgeable and identified the issue and helped resolve it quickly honestly. I would definitely call on reelservices again in the future.

    Electircal

    Again I needed electrical services and did not think twice to call reelservices. Richard came promptly, assessed and completed the task. And further more Jason went out of his to complete the task after he obtained the part. I am quite happy to have found a company (recommended by my son) that has definitely earned my trust and with knowledgeable, and courteous staff to call on. Thanks!

    Electircal

    I would like to highly compliment Reelservices and their staff. On a few occasions I have needed their services, to rewire for a new pool pump, to move an outlet to install a patio door and more recently my roof was leaking and the water was streaming through the front door light. Not only did they make time for me in an urgent manner, they are highly professional and knowledgeable, even the pool guy installing the pump commented he had never seen such a high quality of electrical work.

    Electrical work

    Richard and Kevin installed pot lights in my living room and kitchen, also did some electrical work in my basement. They noticed and corrected a couple of electrical problems in my bathroom as well. I can't stress enough, how quickly and efficiently they worked. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone who needed these services. Very well priced and done to perfection, 5 STARS all around. Amazing work!!!

    Home Electrical System Upgrade

    My thanks to RIchard and Kevin for the outstanding work done in my home. Richard's professionalism, deep knowledge and his understanding of what I as a homeowner need and expect are without equal. Kevin's skill, attention to detail and even more so his genuine desire to do the best job possible (Kevin went above and beyond on more than one aspect of the job) have left me pleasantly surprised.     Electrical Upgrade

    Could not be more satisfied with quality and professionalism.Kevin explained all work to be completed,jobs finished and answered all my questions . Two men came ,worked endlessly for two days solid to finish the job ,put everything back in place and cleaned up completely. The complete job came in at exact quote plus I got a seniors discount. This is second job done by this company and as well as highly recommend them,I would have them back in a heartbeat if I had any other electrical needs.

    Wiring for pool equipment

    Richard promptly responded to my inquiring for the electrical work to install pool equipment. James completed the work professionally and ensured everything worked properly before leaving. James was very courteous and explained the process to me. I would not hesitate to contact Reel Services for any home project and I am actually planning my next project.
