After a great initial consultation over the phone with Richard, and a subsequent site visit from one of his employees, I booked Reel Services to complete the addition of a dryer line and update the electrical in one of my basement apartments. Richard's team did great work. Quality, care, and attention to detail. They do what they say their going to do and they charge you what they say they will. I work with a lot of trades and this can be a surprisingly difficult set of qualities to find. Richard is a man of honour. Easy to work with. Great at what he does. What more could you ask for?

This is the second time Atlantic Promotions Inc. has used Reelservices.ca for electrical/renovation work to our office and showroom area. We found their team to be very professional and job was completed in a timely manner. Their keen sense to detail is what impressed us, as they came up with some excellent recommendations for our new showroom. We will continue to use their services in the future.

I had a range hood not working due to issue in the wire. Called Reelservices and James showed up on time. He was professional and knowlegable. After careful investigation he found out the issue which was actually from an outlet in our bedroom and fixed it. The price was reasonable. I was glad I called for their service and I would highly recommend them to our friends.

Very efficient and accurate with their quote. The electricians were very friendly and polite and wasted no time while working.The whole job was scheduled very efficiently and was completed in a timely fashion and within their quoted price.. They even threw in the "little extras" for no extra charge. Yes, I would definitely recommend this company to others.

We needed electrical upgrading to our house to remove the remaining knob and tube wiring and were very satisfied with the work provided by Reel Services. The staff of Reel Services were professional, unobtrusive, hardworking, tenacious in their attitude attitude to solving issues and, most importantly trustworthy. They were very systematic in their approach to mapping out each line and notified us whenever problems were found. They took pains to show and explain where the problems were and how to rectify them. We needed to come and go during the week of work and felt comfortable at home with the workers or away while the work was ongoing. The electricians even vacuumed and tidied up diligently at the end of each day! We highly recommend Reel Services for all your electrical needs.

Reelservices was one of 3 companies that quoted on my job. While the quotes were all similar -- Richard impressed me with his assessment of what needed to be done and his plain-language explanation. James the electrician did a great job, even fixing another small problem he noticed in my kitchen. Came on time, work completed as quoted and everything works great. Will definitely use them again. Very professional.

Upon listing my Century Home for sale, I was informed that the house would not pass an electrical inspection. At the same time my sister was going through a major renovation on her home and she sent her electrician, Richard Menartowicz, to my home to assess the situation. Richard did a complete inspection of my home and began work to bring the electrical wiring up to code. Richard and his staff completed the work quickly and professionally. Due to the exceptional work done by Reel Services.Ca, I was able to sell my home. I cannot thank Richard enough for all that he did for me! I will definitely be using his services in my new home, and will always highly recommend his company to others. I wish that there was a rating greater than 10 as it is so well deserved! Richard was prompt, exact, thorough, professional, understanding of my particular needs as a homeowner, and he finished when promised. The work area was left clean, the panel box was clearly marked, & the job was neat. Both Patrick amd Kevin who worked with Richard on this project were committed to the same professional standard that was set by Richard. I felt safe leaving these fine men in my home while I was doing my daily chores. I will definitely call ReelServices for my next electrical retrofit.
