After too many years of lacklustre snow removal from other companies, I responded to a flyer I received from Green Side Up and was extremely impressed starting right from the first contact with Jay. Not only was the costing more competitive than the others, but I received prompt, quality service, regular communication and quick responses when I called with a special request.. In fact I was SO happy with the service that I had them re-sod my front yard this spring. It was affordable, done to a very high standard as promised, and has completed upgraded the street appeal of my whole home. I will be staying with Green Side Up from here on for all my property care needs. Great to see that an excellent work ethic and enthusiastic customer service are still alive and well and living at Green Side Up!

They showed up for the quote precisely when they said they would and seemed very knowledgeable about the type of trees that I wanted. They got back to me with a quote quickly and did the job exactly when they said they would and exactly as I wanted.

Jay presented a fair, in person quote for the season, very quickly after my first inquiry for service. I signed right away. Snow removal service was prompt and reliable for a fair price. Being local, they understand snowfall in Aurora! The Food Bank and customer Drive is a supported community event which is great. Good choice with Green Side Up.

This is the first year I have used Jay and his team for snow removal. With 8 tenants relying on the parking and driveway to be done, I never look forward to snowstorms and the inevitable calls I get about clearing the lot afterwards. This year, no calls....and I even got email updates on coming storms and their plans for cleaning up after. I appreciate his efforts and I will be recommending him to others for work to be done. We changed our snow removal this past year to Green Side Up and are very happy we did. Their quote offered by far the best value, but we didn't know them and we were concerned about changing to a new contractor. As it turned out they were extremely reliable, communicated via e-mail frequently and were very community focused. We look forward to doing business with them again next winter. Also, we will also consider them this summer for our landscaping.
