    Perfectly done

    This is the second time I've used Optima for windows and doors. The first time I was thrilled with the look of their products, so this time around I wasn't worried about choosing them again for my new project. Their service is beyond what I expected. Quality doors and installation was perfectly done.

    Windows

    My apologies for this delayed review. I wish firstly and foremost to thank Alina, sales rep. for making this project smooth sailing from beginning to end. It was great pleasure dealing with her. No doubt, she is knowledgeable, professional but more importantly kind and truly cares and understands your needs. Also, special thanks to installers Vitaly and Mingis who arrived on time and worked efficiently to accomplish the task at hand, right down to the impeccable clean up once job completed. I am pleased with my new windows and hope they will serve me well for years to come. I would not hesitate to use Optima again and would highly recommend them. Fifi.P.

    While Alina helped us arrange the same-day door installation, we were impressed with her great service. The entire process was seamless, and the door looks fantastic!

    I am happy to give Optima Windows and Doors a ten-star rating. The team is professional, efficient, and top-notch! We replaced our slider and two large accordion-style doors with one clear glass door and one opaque sliding glass door. They handled everything from the permit to installation to drywall and stucco repair. They were prompt, informative, friendly...I can't say enough about this company. For those of you who are looking for a new window or door, I encourage you to consider Optima!

    The Best of the Best!!

    From the moment we met Chris, we knew Optima was the right choice. He was professional, courteous, and patient. Their product selection was extensive, the suggestions given were modern, and their prices were very reasonable. Chris was always available to answer any of our concerns, and he assured us the end result would be fantastic. Well, he was absolutely right! The day of install his team was on time, efficient and cleaned up well. The windows look gorgeous. Thank you Optima for making our first (and hopefully only) window investment experience the best!

    Smooth process

    Dan and his crew did a great job installing our front door. It looks fantastic, and we are very pleased with it. We are also working with Alina in the office on a order for shutters, which she is helping out with very much. Everyone has been extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout this entire process!

    Fantastic

    My experience with Optima Windows and Doors was fantastic. I am so glad I hired them for my entire house. The crew was here every day, and they worked hard to get the job done on time. They also kept in contact with me throughout the project, ensuring that everything went smoothly each day. The windows look amazing! My neighbors have all been asking where I got them, and when they can get one too.

    Easy to work with

    I replaced my windows and decided to go with Optima Windows for it. They had a big choice of windows and actually got me a government grant for the windows, which lowered the price a fair amount. The price overall was not bad from them and I found they did a great job with installation and were easy to work with. Ill probably use them to replace the old doors in my house.

    Good

    I got a few quotes from window places and the quotes werent that good or it was so difficult to contact anyone that I gave up. Optima was different. They answered the phone, had good prices, and a reasonable installation timetable. They even got me a government grant to knock down the price a bit.
