    Windows installation

    Wonderful job , so happy with my new windows. Amazing people , Ben and his team . They were so professional and quick, you can tell that they know what they're doing. Also big thanks to Chris to come up with a great price. I would really recommend it to anyone if you decide to get new doors and windows. I would definitely share the info with my relatives and friends.

    Thanks

    They got me a government grant when replacing my windows that really lowered the price. The windows really do work, too. My energy bill has gone down by quite a lot since the install.

    Nice Selection

    Replaced my front and back door with a door from Optima. They had a nice selection and did the install as well. Good price on the doors, good installation, and nice to work with overall.

    Reputable company!

    Energy bill has been creeping up over the years due to how bad my windows were. Finally decided to upgrade and went with Optima for it. Glad I did because they had such a huge selection and even got me a grant for it that I didnt know existed. I saved a lot of money on the upgrade going with Optima.

    The Best of the best

    I have received several quotes from reputable service providers. Optima windows and doors were chosen over others. I don't have any regrets! Quality windows that were installed the same day. Thank you very much!

    My son broke the window on our house playing baseball. I figured Id just replace all the windows since they are all really old. Good price, good selection, and good installation.

    Pleased

    My old door was old and looked horrible. I went to Optima for a new door lots of different doors to choose from. I picked one that fit my house well and they installed it for me. Pleased with everything they did for me.

    Optima Windows has got me all settled with some new windows and doors on my house. Prices were the best we could find and the installation went smoothly. It was a great experience all around and the staff are knowledgeable and provided us recommendations on different styles and what not.

    Great window quality but big communication miss

    Overall great window quality and fast, clean installation. Reason why I am not giving this 10/10 is I dont think the government rebate process was properly communicated to us and we went with certain windows because we had planned to apply for the rebate. In the conversations leading up to the order and install this was understood and yet it was never mentioned that we need to get a pre-install inspection done in order to qualify. Sorry but I completely feel like this key information should have been properly mentioned by a window company, especially as they are the experts and should provide all these nuanced detailed to consumers. Was in for a surprise to hear after the fact I did not qualify after spending thousands on my new windows and only hearing sorry I assumed you knew. I truly think this was a huge miss and hence no 10 here.

    Well Done Optima

    Everything happened very quickly from the moment I paid to install windows. Very good job by technician and the sales team.
