    Review of our sales representative, Alina!

    I want to use this review to shout out Alina! She was probably the best sales rep we have encountered during our quote process. She is also the reason we likely chose to go with this company over others. Alina took the time to patiently explain and demonstrate the window technology. She was kind, and NOT PUSHY, as many other company reps tend to be. Alina communicated with us throughout the whole process, was quick to find info out when asked, even when I had a question to ask during the COVID closures. The quality and design of the product is beautiful. We were happy with the sales rep and windows in the end, even though we were sent the wrong style in error, not the one we ordered.

    Great Experience

    Very happy with the job Optima did at our house. The workers arrived on time and were very professional. Great work ethic which you need on this kind of job.

    Excellent teamwork

    I recently observed Optima's crew installing the windows on my neighbor's house and I was overly impressed with their efficiency and quality of work. I contacted them for a quote on my own house and I found the price to be very reasonable. The job was completed within a month including lifetime warranty. I am completely satisfied and have already recommended Optima to my friends and family.

    Never felt comfortable about a company this much before

    Perfect service, patient sales. For the first time I met the sales Alina, I felt I cannot resist her wonderful service. Then their worker came today to install the doors. They worked super quite in the morning, and they protected my floor with cloth all the way. Even fixed my hole on the wall on the bottom of the door they installed. Super nice. Super super nice.

    Amazing work during uncertain World situation.

    Everyone at Optima was very professional and personable, from my initial call to the quote and the work itself. Work looks great, they were very efficient, and left everything tidy. The company also took extra precautions due to the pandemic - the team wore masks and kept their distance when discussing the work I'm very pleased what is the quality of the work, the cost, and the experience. I definitely recommend Optima, and will consider them for any future needs.

    Wonderful Company, Good Qulaity and Great Service

    From start to finish this company is the best. Gleb is such a pleasure to work with and puts so much care and attention into his work. The installers were extremely professional, clean and quick and the windows installed are superior quality and finish. Thank you!!

    Good experience

    I've had a good experience dealing with Optima. When I called them for the first time they earned trust by quoting a fair estimate. The technicians were friendly, highly professional and efficient. During the entire process the communication was too good. I'd rate them high!

    Reliable company

    Optima team is highly knowledgeable so if you have any technical question, they can always provide a reliable answer. The installers are very respectful for our house and family members. I wish there could be more contractors like Optima Windows And Doors in other trades

    Good communication

    Working with Chris and Optima team was an absolute pleasure. This company Has a high level of professionalism, skill and knowledge. Every step was communicated to us and Chris was always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend them!

    Great Job

    From the very beginning of the project when we met with Eugene till the end when Artur and his team replaced 14 windows in our house, we could not be any happier. Great job, Optima Windows And Doors
