    Great price, great quality

    The sales team approached at my front door and scheduled a visit. The price they offered me was very good. Everything was very smooth. At the time of signing the contract they told me it is going to be done in the month of September, which happened with no further inquiry. On the day of installation, the crew showed up early in the morning. The head of the crew was very respectful. The team was also very fast and professional. The job (6 windows) was done in less than 3 hours. At the end, the head of the crew walked with me on each window and let me ask any question I have. Overall, I am so happy with the service, the price and the quality of the finished job. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for good quality windows and great service.

    Happy Customer

    We have used HomeStars and met with the highest rated companies. We were in the market to replace the windows for the front of our home. Frankly, most of the companies were impressive, but Optima Windows And Doors earned our trust the most for quality and price combination. We have decided to replace all the windows with them and Chris and his team did a great job. We are very pleased with Installer’s. They arrived on time, paid a lot of respect to our older parents and our house was not damaged during the project. They finish the job within a day and my husband and I could not be any happier.

    Great job optima

    In November 2019 I contacted Optima Windows to replace my Windows based on the reviews that I read online. From initial consultation with Alena till the time when the installers left the house, I couldn’t be more pleased. Anastasia from the office was very responsive when scheduling and providing updates, everything was installed within less than a day, the left my house very clean like nothing happened. Great job, Optima

    Pleased with their service

    We were quite pleased with the professional service of Optima Windows And Doors. They have replaced the front door in our house. They did our sons door last year and he recommended us to use them in our place. Chris got back to me right away and we scheduled an estimate. He is very attentive and asking right questions. No pressure. Artur came and Did final measurements. The old door has been removed and new door installed within hours. They cleaned up after themselves and left their lawn sign in front of my house. Definitely recommend them to my neighbors, in fact some of them already signed with them as far as I know.

    New windows

    I am so pleased with the new look , especially the new enlarged bedroom window is amazing .I would recommend Opitma as a trusted company.

    New Windows

    We ordered new windows through Optima Windows and we were very pleased with their work. Chris was very professional and easy to deal with. Their installers did a great job. They did the work quickly and very efficiently. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows.

    Excellent to deal with

    Chris came to meet us in May, very nice person, pricing is very competitive, they installed all my windows yesterday, came on time, very professional, asked if we had any questions, left the area cleaned as was before, will definitly recomend to friends and family and also do repeat business. We had 7 windows installed which was done in approx 5 hrs.

    Professional

    Chris and his team were highly professional and effective to get a high-quality job done within the timeframe they promised. The design vision and years of experience and knowledge convinced us to go with Optima. Then they further at our satisfaction with her attention to detail, protecting our property from damage during the process, and clean up. The crew was very respectful and hard-working. Chris took our ideas and came up with a great plan beyond what we would have envisioned we would absolutely recommend Optima to families and friends.

    I'd Recommend Optima Again & Again!

    I received 3 quotes and awarded Optima Windows to replace all windows in our home. They were competitively priced and accommodating to ALL our custom requests. Eugene is who sold us the windows was wonderful to work with, he understood what was involved in making a specific window larger and converting an existing window to a sliding door. I also changed my mind on the trim a couple of times and Optima accommodated my indecisiveness. We started off a bit rocky with the scheduling of the installation due to some miscommunication however they did a phenomenal job at diffusing the situation almost immediately. Chris the Project Manager could have simply called however he showed up at our home a day before the windows were installed which impressed us instantly. Hiccups are common in renovations but in my opinion gives a company the opportunity to show a customer their worth and how they stand out from the rest… And that they did! The crew that was assigned to install the windows were professional & respectful of the space. Arthur the foreman immediately introduced himself and exchanged numbers with my husband due to us being in and out that day, reassuring us that the job would be handled with white gloves. Furthermore, there was an unforeseen electrical issue and Chris sent a licensed electrician out at no additional charge. I absolutely love my iron ore windows, trim work & the masonry work that was done. A friend recommended Optima to us, I’ve already referred Optima to a friend which they’ve proceeded with Optima & I would highly recommend them again and again.

    Great crew

    We booked an appointment with Optima from the Facebook ad, met with Chris, saw the product and signed on the spot. The windows arrived a bit later than we expected due to Corentine restrictions. We have replaced 10 windows and one sliding doors with a Optima within a day. The job was done sooner than we expected. The house was left clean and we will recommend Optima to all our friends and family
