My Husband and I have known since we bought our home 10 years ago , that we would need to replace the windows. It just seemed such a daunty task AND a large one ( our home is almost 4000 sq feet, obviously COST was a factor as well . We have received several quotes over the years AND still Optima Windows and Doors beat them . I was very impressed with the time and care that Chris took to explain everything to us . Where the windwows were designed , engineered and manufactured . The difference in quality of Optima Windows vs competitors and even the samples that he brought . It was nice not having to leave the comfort of our home and go to a showroom somewhere . Chris made this process quite easy. He listened intently to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions with a tremendous amount of patience and clarity . He took a walk through out home , every floor , every room , every window and offered his advice on style and type of window , he even went as far as to tell us which windows he felt did NOT need to be replaced in order to save on money ! How many contractors do that ? Shortly after our initial meeting , a professional and efficient man named Artur came and did our measurements . He was in and out with a flash ! Next came the waiting for our windows which was approximately 1 month and then miraculously last Saturday all of our windows were replaced ...IN 1 DAY !!! I was and still remain in shock and awe how quickly Optima was able to get the job done . Our windows were 30 years old , with wood frames , it was a big job and a very messy one , and yet Artur and his team consisting of Dimitri , Den, Roman and Yan , completed in all with smiling faces and polite demeanor. They even helped with the removal of some of our window treatments AND helped with our main living room ones ( our ceilings are 16 feet high in that room ) . Artur went above and beyond by creating a solution to a problem by one of our basement windows because of where our pool heater and pump are . I cannot say enough good things about this group of fine gentlemen . I can and will recommend Optima Windows and Doors to anyone and everyone . They are outstanding . As a matter of fact I am looking forward to using them again when its time to switch out our patio sliding glass doors . I will never use anyone else . Thank you Chris for sending out your sales rep to come knocking on our door that cold , wet , April day , or my family and I never would have benefited from such wonderful work !

After obtaining quotes from several window companies, we could not be more happy choosing Optima Home Improvements. We replaced a total of 16 windows: 14 brick-to-brick casement and sliding windows, a medium sized brick-to-brick bow window and a 6 panel, 14 foot bow window that needed to be retrofit installed. Everything about the experience was terrific, start to finish. In fact, the experience was essentially stress free, a welcome change from many other aspects of our renovation. Chris did an excellent job answering our many questions, he provided great advice and was patient while we worked through the details of our job/contract. And Ben and the installation team were highly professional - they showed up when they said they would, they were friendly, worked hard and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We have a high attention to detail and the quality of the installation exceeded our expectations. Interior trim-work was very well done and so were exterior details - it was obvious they weren't cutting any corners and doing things the right way. We were particularly impressed with their execution and finishing of the more complicated bow windows. We are thrilled with the end product and can't wait to finish the final details of our renovation so we can show our windows and house off to family and friends. For such a huge investment, we would recommend Optima without reservation!

Optima windows did a phenomenal work for us in a very short time. We needed a couple of windows replaced, Kris and his team were happy to help, shared their experiences and provided great suggestions. They are very professional, polite and great team to work with. I would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Upon completing the replacement of my house windows by Optima. I feel like I want to summarizing my experience for today. A high level of professionalism, timely, quality, and promptness to address customer need and expectations. We had all of our windows replaced by Optima on March 2019. Gleb was our first point of contact. He is very friendly and provided professional advice in choosing the windows. He gave us a demonstration of windows and high-efficiency glass that will be placed on windows and how it helps in maintaining house temperature and at the same time save money. Gleb was very responsive and responded to our queries quickly and helped in coordination between his team in the office and installation team. As mentioned by Gleb, Ben arrived at our place to measure windows in less than 5 days. Optima office called us a week before agreed upon installation date, gave us proper instructions over the phone, followed by email for e.g. cover furnitures with plastic sheet, remove curtains/blinds etc. Chris called me a day before installation and re-iterated the instructions and he was kind enough to extend his help to remove snow around house, if required. On installation day, Chris and his team arrived on time at 8 am. They were very detailed, clean and careful with installation despite freezing temperature outside, they replaced all of our 15 windows in one day. They laid down carpet everywhere they worked and cleaned the house very well, including vacuuming and took away all debris when they left. After installation, Artur made a final walk through with us to make sure we were pleased before leaving the job site. After replacing windows our house is toasty warm, which was never the case before. Overall we are very pleased with work and very big thank you to Gleb, Chris, Ben and entire Optima installation team from RK and Smitha, Mississauga We highly recommend Optima home improvements for windows replacements to anyone and everyone!

Replaced all the windows. I strongly recommend taking the advice of Chris and Artur. The suggested window style may cost a little more, but it is worth it in the end. Our house is now too hot, so we had to lower the thermostat. No more cold drafts throughout the entire house. If you are looking for something very specific, pay strong attention to detail and have extremely high standards, you will be very pleased with the results from this team. There will literally be nothing to complain about.

Optima replaced several large windows, a large patio door replaced and a wooden window box covered with aluminum and it has been a great experience right from the original quote through to the installation. I was kept informed all along the way. Artur and the crew doing the installation are incredibly professional. Artur made a final walk through with me to make sure I was pleased before leaving the job site. They cleaned up and took away all debris when they left. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you Chris & Artur.

Replaced 6 windows in our home. Artur and his crew were very professional, old windows removed, new ones installed with no mess. We would highly recommend Optima to our friends and family.

Remove all the windows and the patio doors. Inspect the building structure for damage and fix as needed before replacing the special order windows and patio doors with black trim.
