    Making Kitchen window larger

    Chris and team came in and removed the old window, cut out the new larger size and installed the new window. Timing from original cut out to installing the new window was very short compared to other companies. Good work for a very reasonable price. Wasn’t always the easiest person to get a hold of, but bottom line they delivered as expected.

    new windows for kitchen,dining room and home office

    We are very pleased with our new windows. Service was great and work was done efficiently. They placed cloth runners on our wooden floors and their clean up was done very well both inside and outside.

    Good Work, Poor Communication

    Optima installed a new patio door and we are very pleased with the door and the installation. During the estimate interview (2 weeks before Christmas) it was implied that the work could possibly be completed in 2-3 weeks. Mid-January came and went without any communication from Optima. We contacted Optima in late January to agree on a February completion date (8 weeks after the estimate). It was disappointing that Optima did not appear to have an order tracking system and that there was no follow-up from Optima over the 8 weeks. Note: A change request was made in late December on the understanding that the factory had not already started building the door.

    Replaced 14 windows, 6 of which were actually large windows made up of multiple windows, so technically , we had replaced 27 windows. We are very satisfied with the quality of the windows, which are made of uPVC with LowE 272 glass.

    It took two days to complete the installation the last week of October 2017. We are very satisfied with the installation work. The outside finishing (capping and caulking around the windows) was excellent, and so was the siding under the bow window at the front of the house. We also had them install the same colour siding above our garage, to match. It too was very well done. I would not hesitate to recommend Optima Home Improvements for the purchase and installation of new windows.

    New Windows supply and installation

    Work was done nicely and professionally. Whole process was smooth starting from quote to installation of windows.

    Windows Replacement

    We had our windows replaced with Optima Home Improvement last week and we were very pleased with the completed work. When we had a sit-down with Chris to discuss the work to be done he was very thorough, and he never pushed us. Normally when we feel pushed we back out. Chris is very knowledgeable and he explained everything in detail. The crew led by Arthur worked in a very timely manner and they were very organized. After completion I inadvertently messed the silicone filling when it didn't yet get dried and they came back the next couple of days to fix it. In my opinion these guys did an excellent job that anyone would feel inclined to give a review or referral. We got exactly what was agreed upon by Chris, nothing short-changed, and they are no "fly by night company". We are very finicky about hiring people to do home upgrades so we depend on reviews like this to make the right decision. They even have Matt Damon lookalike in their team :-). Thank you guys!

    Windows

    Chris is a very friendly person, seems to educate himself about different nationalities, he doesn't just sell his product, he expresses interest in his client's background which makes the process quite relaxing. The work crew did a great job, worked all day to get the job done. Thanks for the beautiful windows.

    replace all windows

    easy to deal with, showed up on time and completed the job as agreed. should tell workers not to smoke around homes or to make sure they do not leave cigarette butts lying around.

    window replacement

    Overall we were very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the windows. Chris answered all our questions. Artur was very helpful on the day of installation, going above and beyond our expectations. The whole crew worked efficiently

    Windows and patio door replacement done perfectly!

    I am glad that I went with Chris and his crew to do my badly needed windows in our 25 year old home. From our initial consultation with Chris to the final installation day by his crew led my Artur, they were professional and efficient with their service. Form their prompt arrival at 8am to cleaning up and leaving very little trace that they were ever there after they left. One advice I am glad I went with brick to brick window replacement as opposed to retrofit because it looks much nicer especially on the inside with the new wider mouldings. If it's within your budget, do it! I highly recommend Optima Home Improvements for your window needs!
