I am writing to share my MOST RECENT experience with Optima Home Improvements Ltd . Our Semi Detach house in west Mississauga desperately needed to have the face lift as window and doors were 20 year old . Optima Home Improvements Ltd., have installed high quality doors & windows in my neighbor . After meeting with Chris, the owner of Optima Home Improvements , I decided he was the right person for the job. He was honest and forthright during negotiations and very fairly priced, as well this would apply for any potential additional costs that we could not predict until work commenced. His price was competitive and the contract was professional and easy to understand so I felt comfortable to move forward. On the top of all the quality of door & windows found unmatched Gladly we did. Optima Home Improvements went above and beyond our contract, contributing time and his technicians done extra labor to remove blinds / curtains and installed it back, cleaned the area after the work carried out at no extra coats because in his words “it just doesn’t look right.” His workers also spent an extra time to check all the windows and done petty jobs such as applying silicone on other windows which was an incredible surprise! Optima's technicians very polite and neat, using drop cloths on stairs and picking up any trash and end of each day… which was important to us. Upon completion, they left our property clean and presentable. We are very pleased and plan to have Optima staff handle the entire process right from placing the order . Optima office staff use to call us in advance for any help should we needed and the delivery and installation information from time to time . Our windows were very old, drafty, no sound barrier. Optima's sales guy very knowledgable answered any questions we had. Workers were very efficient and quick. No more drafts and outside noises diminished.

I recently had all my windows replaced by optima Home Improvements Ltd. The price was very competitive, the window quality is excellent. These windows were engineered in Germany and manufactured in Canada and the quality is very evident. What really impressed me was the team at Optima. From my first meeting with the estimator, a second meeting with Aurther for measurements and the actual installation team were all very professional, knowledgeable and downright nice people. I am 100% satisfied with the job and the product and would most certainly recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.

Our experience with Optima was great start to finish. Chris came to our home and sat with us for close to 2 hours. He covered every detail of production, installation and pricing. He had brought along a sample window to demonstrate insulation properties of the Vinyl Pro Windows and we were shocked at the difference. It kind of sealed the deal for us. The Optima installation crew were punctual, highly skilled, and very hard working. I would not hesitate to recommend Optima to anyone wanting to replace their windows. We are beyond thrilled with the beauty and functionality of our new windows.

Chris and the installers all did a great job at a good price. The quality of the doors is very good, and the installation was excellent, especially considering there were some specific challenges to be solved given the age and layout of the house. Chris was very responsive and proved himself and his company to be trustworthy by fixing a small issue that came up along the way, as issues often do, without fuss or bother. Everything you could want in an installer, highly recommended.

We needed to change our windows (house is approx. 20 years old). We met with several window companies to better understand the services and costs. Optima Home Improvements, specifically Chris, really stood out. It was very easy to work with him, and he always made himself available if we had questions, or needed to make changes to the project. Rain was a challenge for us, but Chris was able to accommodate and reschedule our installation in a timely fashion. From an installation perspective, I was also very impressed. This company did fantastic window job at my home. They are professional guys. Considering any details. Clean up any dust and garbage after they finished third jobs. It is great to have them.
