Full house UPVC windows was installed half month ago. Whole project was performed so smoothly and perfectly from salesman consultation to windows installation, including windows process notice and after sale service. We really appreciate OPTIMA WINDOWS bring us enjoyable service. We would recommend OPTIMA to everyone.

This was the most professional experience we have ever had. The project was well organized and methodical. The only preparation we had to do was to move any furniture away from the windows, they did the rest. The clean up was continual as each window was installed, thus no clean up on our part. The weather did not co-operate, however, they kept on going until the rain was too much. Instead of rushing to finish, we were asked if it would be alright to finish the next day, something I really appreciated. There were also a couple of repairs that could have just been covered up, but they were pointed out and fixed without hesitation. They answered all our questions and we had a few laughs too! I would recommend Optima Home Improvements to anyone. The windows and front door are stunning and several of my neighbors have come by to comment. We couldn't be happier, thank you so much!

Just completing completer window and door replacement. The whole process, from first consultation with Chris to installation the last couple of days. Chris has delivered as promised. We were slightly delayed with the bad weather but were kept well informed. Their installers are amazing! They go above and beyond to ensure proper installation. They work diligently, are very clean and their workmanship is very, very good. You hope for service this good when you make an investment such as this......well Optima delivers....start to finish! Very, very highly recommended!

This was a major renovation that we were concerned would have our house turned upside down for a long time. So what a pleasant surprise we had when the team arrived and a full day was spent doing all windows in one day. We have a bit of follow-up work that is scheduled for a short visit today. The best part was how courteous and pleasant all the installers were... as well as respectful of our home, us and our dog. And not only was the work efficient... they were so incredibly clean and all work areas were left clean and just as they were upon arrival. We HIGHLY recommend Optima to anyone looking for excellent value and service!
