The windows are great!!! It feels like a brand new home. The workers were very professional and efficient. I have many windows in my home and i am very pleased with the price and quality of work done. I would reccomend Optima Home Improvement to friends and family.

We were a bit skeptical of the beginning because of the rave reviews I did my research and went online and I saw all positive feedback regarding outstanding service and workmanship provided by Optima. But of the day when the crew showed up I realize that it's all true. Chris took the time to walk her through the options and delivered what he promised. The guys came on time at the different solution they were concentrated on the job to be done not cruising around the house. They left the house very clean in all honesty we got more than we expected. Amazing job and I would definitely recommend OptiMa to anyone needing your windows

Chris was stellar! He came in and did a wonderful presentation with demonstration of the windows. The actual installation was done by a team of extremely professional men, who were very courteous and efficient. The guys took approximately 6 hours to install our windows, and the clean up was immaculate. Aside from the fact that they look so fantastic, the windows are exactly as demonstrated, and there is an immediate difference in temperature on the inside. I highly recommend Optima for their excellent service. Thanks a million guys!

Optima Home Improvements did a great job for us. We were very impressed with Chris' presentation and explanation of the windows Optima could offer us. The crew was punctual, efficient and professional. They installed 23 energy efficient windows for us in a matter of a few hours. They delivered everything that we agreed upon. It was an excellent experience and we highly recommend Optima.

We called Chris earlier this year to replace 5 old windows in our home. It was obvious from the moment Chris stepped into our home that he knew his stuff, we were immediately sold. He was extremely helpful when deciding the right windows for each location and the quality of the job was top tier. The windows are beautiful and the capping job on the outside is outstanding, no visible screws or nails. Chris and his team are on the short list for all future window and door projects.

Good presentation by Chris during winter time really helped me make a decision to replace 19 windows at my home. They were a day late but did not really matter as they made by their quality of workmanship. Very smooth installation and very satisfied.

I had Optima Home Improvements replace and install new windows and a patio door in my house. I was very happy with the work the did. they were on time and cleaned up after the windows were installed. They were very reasonable priced compared to other installers. Since I had my new windows I have had numerous compliments from my neighbors, a lot of them asking for the name of the installer. I would recommend Optima for anyone thinking of installing new windows.

We were very impressed with the people we met from Optima Home Improvements. From the intial sales call, through the installation process, to the follow-up call, they conducted themselves in a completely professional manner. The install crew were were courteous, approachable and took particular care to maintain and leave a clean worksite. We are extremely pleased with the people, the product and the service provided by this company and can highly reccommend them.

At that point where the house was in need of new windows. Still had the 25 yr old originals. Researched different companies to obtain quotes. Met with Chris. He was able to give a quote that was unbeatable. Once the weather was better, Arthur and his crew came by to install the vinyl pro windows. The whole experience with Optima Home Improvements was great. The House looks a lot better. If the windows perform as great as they look, there will no issues for years to come. Currently looking into replacing the front door through Chris.
