From optima home sales knocked at our door until the installation complete. Great experience with our new window replacement. Gleb demoed us with the window sample and answered all our questions with his impressive professional knowledge. After couple of weeks, the scheduled installation was completed with great care by Art and his team, the jobsite was kept tidy and safe. The quality of the workmanship and professional atmosphere present was refreshing. the new windows looks great.

Our new window experience has been a very positive one. We were a little skeptical at first when the sales person knocked at our door but the demo and samples shown were impressive. Gleb walked us through the process answering all our of questions. Despite the inclement weather,the windows were installed professionally and with great care. Art and his crew did a great job. The windows crank easlly and slide open with little effort. Plus they look great. With the warmer weather we've noticed how well they keep the heat out but let the sunlight in. Noisy neighbours don't seem as noisy anymore, when the windows are closed. We'd recommend Optima Home Improvements to anyone looking to have their windows replaced.

From start to finish Optima was very professional with a personal touch, we are very impressed with the windows and doors as well as the installers' work, highly professional and timely. We were in fact sold immediately following excellent window sample demo. Love the windows tint, front door is absolutely amazing. Optima's prices are competitive in fact a bit lower than other providers in the area and the UPVC windows are top notch. Chris was very kind to follow up multiple times. We are highly recommending Optima to our friends and neighbors.

The entire experience with Optima was positive - Chris, Gleb and Arturo took the time to make sure we got the windows we needed. We were changing out old wooden windows and they had good suggestions for improving air-flow in the house. They didn't try to push us or oversell and were even willing to use our trim (which was more complex - it's a trim & 'back-band' combo). In fact, Arturo and his crew went out of their way to make sure the trim around the kitchen window was perfect - even though it required some pretty intricate cuts. The windows themselves are very good quality - I love the way the crank folds in and they just feel more solid and secure overall. We would highly recommend Optima to our friends & family.

After seeing a demo with sample windows from salesperson, and highlighting the features and benefits made the decision easy to go with Optima. The installers were quick and professional, even laying out tarp throughout entire house to ensure cleanliness.

I was a little skeptical when the agent who knocked on our door, however I knew my window's needed to be changed within the next 3 years. After hearing what the agent said and explained to us about the windows and gave us a quote, we decided to give Optima Home Improvements a shot after doing a little research online. After some rescheduling due to weather, an army of installers came bright and earlier in the morning of the install. All were polite and very hard working and the job was done in one day. I am very pleased and happy with the quality of work and the quality of windows. They are high quality and I am able to tell a difference, where their were drafty windows are no longer. I have not received my hydro bill to see any difference, but I can tell my furnace is not running as hard. The tint is a nice feature adding privacy so you do require to have your shades down on nice sunny days. My only complaint would be that even though they had drop clothes walking through the house, they did not move the drop clothes around and created quite a mess with their boots on the flooring. But this is understandable for the quality of work and the quickness that they completed it. Chris and Arthur were very friendly and explained the process to me throughout the process and installation. A very happy customer.

We were very pleased with the service and quality of windows we received. The windows look great and are airtight and more sound proof. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional and completed the job on time.
