From the first knock on the door. Then when Gleb came over to show me the windows...I had a good feeling about this company. Everyone is so nice....Gleb made me feel very comfortable and I actually enjoyed his presentation....don't normally look forward to these types of sales meetings. I loved the windows the way they were presented and more so now that they are in my house...not to mention the fact that they are not made in China. The install went smoothly. Art and his team are like a well oiled machine...everyone knowing what they are doing. I have recommended Optima to a couple people now...whom are sheduled for installs and don't plan on stopping there. I will tell anyone who is interested. Thank you so much for knocking on my door.

We definitely notice a big difference in the sound quality of outside noises and the heat/cool exchange. Your installers were very courteous and professional. I was a little pessimistic when a person knocked into my door, my wife set an appointment and after two hours presentation I was quite convinced with the quality. The price seemed good as well. The installers were courteous professional and left my house clean. I think overall Optima has a great window with great people installing them. Would recommend them for my neighbours and friends.

Just had all my windows and two sliding doors replaced by Optima Home Improvements. I have three words for the installers Artur and his two co-workers; professional, clean and polite. It's nice to let workers like this into your home. The windows look fantastic and make my home pop with a totally updated new look! One of the most high end windows on the market. We received a call from their office two weeks in advance they scheduled the installation. The crew came on time and finished the project at the best level possible.
