From the agent who attended our front door to those who completed the work, Optima was a great choice. We had quotes from other companies that were on par with Optima, but we chose them because of the knowledge and thoroughness conveyed by Chris. His explanations and demo of the windows were far superior to anyone who had attended our house before. Once we had committed to the project, Chris was easy to contact and worked with us to solidify a start date. Once chosen, Art and his team attended on schedule, completed the project with genuine attention to detail and went above and beyond (Art told Chris that the windows in the garage that weren't being replaced needed to be capped to match the rest of the house; Chris agreed and the work got done - beautiful touch). This project was done Oct. 1-2, 2013 and the windows have been an obvious improvement aesthetically and functionally. Chris and his team are recommended by my wife and I without hesitation.

Chris and team did a satisfactory job at my house. My windows they installed has not frozen in extreme cold weather but my old door has been frozen for days now. Their work was excellent, professional and has called them for door installation.

Great approach to the business. The agent was very professional and knowledgeable. Agreed to an immediate appointment with the development manager, which I usually never do. The manager Chris was able to explain the concept of the product, had a sample with him to show and took the measurements in a timely manner. Installation took place as planned and to my full satisfaction. Would definitely call them again when moving to another home. Most definitely recommend.

This is my first review and I can happily say that is a good one. Chris and his team did an excellent work. Since our first meeting when he show us the sample windows, until the nine windows were installed. The service, the time frame, the installation and the quality of the windows is great. Since the first day we noticed a change inside the house (the windows were installed during fall). Arthur was friendly and very professional. He explained everything I needed to know about the new windows. Recommended!

Chris, Arthur and the crew were fantastic. Got a earlier installation date than expected, they kept on schedule and cleaned up (spotless) after the job was done. One window came in incorrectly from the factory, they rushed the replacement and the entire job was still completed on time. Workers were friendly and respectful. Had some wasp and ant problems...they took care of it...thank you. Love the new doors and windows.

Windows and door installation was done very professionally. They maintained the schedule as promised. We had squirrels nest inside our previous wood windows frame. They were really helpful removing them and install new windows. That was a big big relief for us. We had done business with other contractors past and none of them went as smooth as this one. This is the first time my wife and me was 100% satisfied after the job was done. No question about the product quality; received the same great products as demonstrated. Will definitely recommend them to my friend, families and neighbors. Finally a big thanks to Chris for making this happen so smoothly and efficiently.

I wanted to leave a comment as soon as my job was done. But apparently, I am glad I am doing it now. We got 22 windows and a front door installed by Optima Home Improvements. The price was reasonable; the project was done on time on the highest level possible. But after a couple of month I had called Optima to fix my front door. I called afterhours, they have returned my call the next day and the service technician came the same day (!). The problem was fixed. In regards to the windows, they are performing really well this crazy cold winter for us. I recommend Optima for sure! Thanks Chris!

Chris was friendly and had a good sense of humor. We explained our needs and he helped to make it into reality for the implementation of our windows and door appearance. The quality is there. As a mechanical engineer, I was happy to install Optima Windows. They have also installed a nice siding for a wooden box where the window is. Looks nice! Their team was wonderful to deal with, and answered all our questions promptly. Thanks guys!

I wish I could say, that we might use Optima to install their windows again, but looks like their German design frames are going to survive for a real lifetime (backed up by the warranty as well). Anyway it has been an easy and smooth process. I like the way our sales rep (Chris) designed our windows. We have lots of neighbours giving great feedback of the way house looks now, But most of all, looks like they are really caring about the quality. Even the way the guy presented his window impressed us a lot. The price was right as well. Good job!
