We got Arthur from Optima to come over and install all new windows in our home. We were able to choose the dates two weeks in advance. It was raining that day. Wisely, their office called and asked for another date, since our walls and frames would get wet. We picked the right date and the job was done great! Oh, we love the way Optima windows look. Great value! Thanks!

We've dealt with other contractors before and had some issues in the past, I must say. After we met with the manager from Optima (Chris was in our house) we finally got the feeling that we can trust him and the company. And we did not regret. The overall price was on the high side. At the same time the value is there. Installation was done on time and they cleaned up the mess after themselves. To make it short, the guys have done much better than we thought our windows could be done. Thanks again! All the best to you guys!!! 10 out of 10

I never thought that it would take me that long to choose the right window and the right window company. I have seen four window guys before Optima. And I was still postponing the project since I was not convinced enough that I am getting a right quality for the right price. But after watching a full presentation of this new Optima series windows I was quite surprised. These guys has done so many upgrades, while keeping the window look right. The material is right, the price seems fair. Every term of the contract was fulfilled. Most importantly, we LOVE the way our house looks now! Definitely recommend Optima.
