Our Neighbour replaced windows and doors with Optima last year and they recommended optima for our side door and windows. Alina was very knowledgeable and chose the best style. She promised the door in two weeks and we got it done in two weeks. Does not get any better than that!

Chris came recommended by our family friend. We asked four other vendors and no one was better than Optima when it came to price and quality. The order took about 4 weeks to be completed and installation by Ben, Max and other guys took only a day. I wish all other contractors we dealt with would be as good as them.

This was our second time going with Optima. Once again we are very satisfied with the workmanship provided by the installers. Chris provided a lot of insight on the various options we had to choose from, down to the details of built-in blinds and foot locks for our sliding door. The mason did a great job with the steel frame and brickwork that had to be re-done for our basement window. The whole process was seamless and we even got our install day bumped up. Thank you for another great experience!

Dan and Ben and their team went over and beyond with our window replacements. I received quotes from 5 other companies, however felt very comfortable with Dan and the quality of the products. Dan had some great ideas and helped get us the best and most competitive prices.Optima takes pride in their work.Ben the installer and his team paid a visit prior to installation to check the current windows for insulation etc On the day of the installation there was a team of 8 that worked very professionally and finished the installation by 8.45pm I first met with Dan on the 19th of May and Optima was extremely helpful in expediting the process and had my windows installed on July 21st. Optima had the best prices, shortest wait time, great quality and products, and above the BEST TEAM .....Thank you Dan, Ben, Anastasia and your amazing team!!!I cant stop admiring my windows!!!!!

We received 3 quotes for our window and door installation and chose Optima based a combination of their reviews, competitive pricing and a terrific sales presentation from Chris. All the company reps presented well but Chris and Optima were just very impressive. The windows and doors were replaced in one day by Max and his team, they placed drop sheets all over our home cleaned up in side and outside. Max and his team ran into one problem inside the house and came up with a very creative solution. Chris came by during the day which was a very nice touch, A big thank you to Max and his team, Anastasia from the office and most of all Chris. Our windows are beautiful and we've received many compliments about of front entry door. I would not hesitate to recommend Optima to my family and friends. Mike

I wanted to quickly change the front window, I called and had a conversation with their representative Alina. She arranged a best quality window and installation was also done. In just couple of hours, the work was completed - pretty straightforward deal!

We interviewed five window companies out there, and Optima came in with the most knowledgeable product expert by far. Impresses with her expertise we didnt think twice after she gave us the price. The office communicated with us regularly, installation was completed within a day and were getting our neighbors, interested in about our experience. The best experience ever!

My Neighbour recommended Optima and we didn't think twice. Ordered 8 windows, sliding door and front door. Optima installed them within a day and clean up was super clean. Now our next door Neighbour is replacing windows with them.
