We compared prices from companies around and realized that Optima price and quality combination on not be comparable to anyone else. It all started from professional presentation done by Gleb and the follow-ups from the office were timely and convenient. Original estimator, who came out was knowledgeable and friendly. He followed up after installation to make sure all went well. Installers did a very good job, the windows look very nice and appear to be high-quality.Answer from pro:

We got a quote from Optima two years ago but postponed because of COVID. This year we placed an order and even though the price was a bit higher, net cost was lower because of Greener Homes rebate. Now our neighbours ordering windows from Optima Windows and DoorsAnswer from pro:

Four parts stand out: 1) Integrity and honesty in the sales process; and no false, misleading or empty promises. 2) The company focused the framing design to maximize window area and home appearance; in and out. 3) The actual windows are solid, well made and attractive. 4) The installation team is special: they come prepared, they know what they are doing and they take care to finish properly.Answer from pro:

My kids bedroom was the coldest in the winter and warmest in the summer. Optima was replacing our neighbors windows and we asked them for a quote. Michael was able to visit us same day and quoted a full house replacement. We were impressed with their quality and price. The windows were installed last week. Now we are getting rebate and 0% loan from Canadian government.Answer from pro:
