    Optima provided excellent products and services

    I recently had the pleasure of having Optima Windows and Doors install new windows and a patio door in my home, and the experience was exceptional in every way. From getting a quote for Chris, to the moment the crew arrived on installation day, it was evident that efficiency and professionalism were their top priorities. The crew's ability to swiftly remove the old windows and doors while taking great care to protect our hardwood floors was truly impressive. All debris and garbage were cleaned and removed. What amazed me most was that they completed the installation of all 18 windows and the patio door in just one day, a feat I hadn't thought possible.     Best service

    After submitting a form online we got a call from Diana, she booked an appointment for us with Gleb, very professional and knowledgeable fellow who helped us to choose the best options possible. The price was most reasonable and we placed an order. Ben and his team installed 19 windows and one sliding door within a day and they left the house clean. They even repaired my interior doors when I asked! Definitely recommend!!!

    Replacement windows. Two large bays and one plain bedroom window.

    I cant begin to say how thrilled I am with not only the service, but the product of Optima windows. Alina came to my house and gave me an estimate. I compared with other companies and the price along with the rating in Homestars made me think I would go with Optima. Alina came to my house in May and I was told the windows would be installed in August. They were installed today. When I ordered windows some thing Ive never done before. I thought I would have to replace all the drywall inside the house around the windows. I didnt have to do any of this. The inside is finished beautifully. The outside looks wonderful. I need to get more windows for the back of my house and I certainly will be using Optima next year when I intend to do this project. Thank you optima you are one class a company. I should also mention that your workmen were polite and very hard-working . Ben was great. Julie Clark

    We have replaced all windows and doors with Optima 4 years ago. Had issue with the door glass, contacted Chris and they replaced the glass no question asked! What a great company and service!!!

    Job well done, Optima!

    My wife and I chose Optima over other companies to replace the house front entrance double door. Gleb, the company's representative, was one of the reasons we decided to go with Optima. He took the time to explain us the pros and cons of all the door types that we had selected. We immediately noticed his honesty and willingness to make us happy and to offer a good deal. Gleb was always easy to contact and made it easy for us to get info from the main office. Thank you, Gleb! The doors were installed professionally by a team of two technicians, who arrived even earlier than the scheduled time. They looked at all the details required for a perfect installation.     My wife and I were impressed with the support we received from Optima. Our rep, Alina, was extremely helpful in answering any questions that we had. The installation was very quick and quiet without a whole lot of mess to clean up afterwards. All in all, we are very pleased with our doors and windows! I definitely recommend Optima.
