    Service

    I am very pleased with the service received from Smart Movers. Items I did not wrap they took care of it for me along with throwing blankets on furniture and other items to prevent breakage. This is very manual heavy work on the hottest day of the year and the 3 men that came worked through it always focused on getting us moved. I'd like to Thank Leo especially for always being mindful of our safety. When my son or I went to lift a box that had some extra weight he would always step in and prevent us from doing so. Great service beginning with Tina who answered the phone. I highly recommend this company and would use again in the future.

    Moving items

    Wonderful company, The movers arrived right on time required at 9am, and although my move was not large , only had about 6 large furniture items and about 35 boxes , the movers came in, and went right to the jobs quickly and efficient. I would recommend Smart movers, I have temporary stored the rest of my condo contents at a friends place, as my new place is being reno'd, and I will call Smart Movers in the next month to do a second move. thank you again Smart Movers

    GREAT COMPANY

    Great company to have if you are looking to a stress-free moving. The movers showed up early to assess the move. Arnold and his team padded, wrapped and protected everything to be safe. They were indeed fast and friendly. I am very glad to have hired them for my move and I would recommend them to my friends.

    house move

    I find Smart Movers in Google and make order for my moving. I was very nervous , because I did not know this guys. But when they show up on day D and start working I relax. I saw, from first minute, that movers wrigley professional and know what they do. Thank you for very smart and professional moving service

    move from Hamilton to Toronto

    My husband and I have used Smart Movers twice now and feel very confident about this company. Each time we were treated professionally and with respect. Never disappointing. The crew arrived on time, guys were polite and very efficient. They really know how to protect my belongings and pack the truck. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Smart Movers. They are exceptionally good movers.

    Moving progect

    Movers from Smart Movers were professional, they take care about all my stuff. I want say thanks to movers and I will recommend Smart movers to my friends definitely. They were friendly and made my move very easy

    Delivery

    Great company! Excelent service! We use smart movers on our daily bases for delivering our product to job sites. They are always on time! Plus for an emergency situations they are always there. The service is great, as well as their team members. We would highly recommend Smart Movers! It is a great company to deal with!

    excellent experience

    I was referred to Smart Movers Canada by my friend. My experience was excellent. The movers came on time and used their time very effectively. They were very kind, respectful, and hard working. They were very organized and went above and beyond our expectations. This company accomplished everything they say they will do. Customer service was perfect too. They even called me before the appointment to confirm and it made me feel more confident. I would definitely recommend Smart Movers Canada. Moreover I will be using them again for our next move.

    Moving

    Watch Out for over charge, they charge per hour even if they worked 5 minutes of the hour!!! Not only that but the mover took a 10-20 minutes break every 40-45 minutes!!!! confirmed they will use runners to protect the hardwood floor and stair s and they didn't. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

    Nisreen, we thank you for being our customer and appreciate your feedback. Below, we would like to explain our service in details: 1. Regarding the billing and time, we do bill our customers in increments of 30 minutes at half of the hourly rate. 10-15 minutes of labour will be billed as half hour. Our crew worked 8 hrs 45 min, so we charged 9 hrs of the job. This is common practice in moving industry throughout North America. 2. 40-45 min from each hour was spent to carry the furniture and items from house to the truck, the rest 10-15 min was spent to pack the truck down (it wasn't a break). All items have to be put in right position in the truck and strapped down to safely transport the furniture. 3. We need to confirm in advance with our clients if they need floor runners or not. In this particular move our movers brought not only floor runners, but also shoe covers.
