    Condo Move

    We hired Smart Movers Canada to move our Daughter from our home to her Condo. My experience started with Irene who has amazing Customer Service and follow up. We were assigned Diego and Vlad who were extremely quick and efficient moving out and were amazing with moving her to her Condo. They were patient, very amenable and even assembled her bed, frame and storage unit. Not an easy task and I'm so happy that I got them to do it for us. They were patient, didn't take any breaks and were the best team for the task. They made the move a lot easier and hassle free for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Mo

    2-bedroom house move

    Vlad and Alex were incredibly thoughtful with all of our belongings. They are extremely thorough and exceeded all our expectations! I would absolutely recommend these guys for your next move!

    The BEST

    Best moving company ever. Great team, hard-working, they take care of your stuff like its their own. They wrapped all your furniture and valuables and moved it to another location without any damages or issues and it was a long day and they got it done always with the perfect attitude. Do you want the best hire these guys? I should know I have moved four times.

    Worst Moving Company Ever!

    Worst moving company and not professional at all and use every technique to be extremely slow to charge more hours. Hired them to do a move for a 2 bedroom townhouse. They got me a young kid who does nothing but arrange things inside the truck and an old man who does all the work. Took them from 9 am till 5 pm to pack everything inside the truck and 4 hours to unload in my new house. 11 hours of moving!! Wanted to charge full rate when they arrived at my new place and said we estimate it will take 4 hours to unload. They threatened to keep my furniture in their truck until I paid the full amoubt before they started unloading. They damaged my stairs without telling me and I found out 2 days later. They marked it up with a concealer so I wont notice. And made me sign a waiver that there are no damages.Definitely the worst company to call for moving. Stay away they dont care about anything other than grabbing your money and making your move the worst experience ever!

    House Move

    4th time we've moved with Smart Movers, and they continue to be the absolute best. Professional, friendly crew arrived early, handled our stuff with care, didn't even flinch at some of my terrible packing, and still managed to load and unload us with amazing speed and efficiency. Just great.

    Very helpful movers

    I found Smart movers to be very efficient, professional. They had my one bedroom apartment moved to the new place within 1.5 hours. The movers were quick, careful with my things and very professional. They were easy to book and followed up with me on all details of the move. The service was well worth the price and I would recommend or use Smart team for any move I had in the future.

    Moving service

    The gentlemen at Smart movers- we used Omar and his team- were so courteous, fast, professional, considerate everything! (And they didnt judge our hectic apartment!) We appreciated that they were so fast even though they had to disassemble furniture and wrap up some of the fragile items. They made the move stress free. All in all it was an excellent experience and fairly priced compared to other Etobicoke-based companies I got quotes from. I will definitely recommend them to my friends who are moving this fall.
