Tyler was a fantastic inspector. He really took a lot of time--making sure to check every corner of the house. It really made us feel confident that the house we were about to buy was a solid choice! And he also had an infrared gun so that he could see whether there were any hot spots or cold spots that needed to be investigated further. Thanks so much Tyler for helping us feel confident in our decision to buy our house! Hire him!

Tyler from 360 Inspection was very very helpful and professional. He remained patient throughout the testing process even though we were not having the best of collaboration from the landlord. Afterwards he took the time to speak to us on the phone to explain the results and what was to be understood from all of the technical data. He was helpful at gauging the indicators in layman's terms. Overall definitely recommend inquiring for their services.
