    House inspection

    Tyler from 360 Inspection Services inspected a house we purchased in Kitchener. Tyler arrived at the arranged time, did the inspection, was very polite and professional. We asked him lots of questions which he answered patiently. We got the written report the next morning via email. The cost was reasonable. We would definitely recommend Tyler to anyone that needs a house inspected.

    Air Quality Assessment

    As part of resolving a water issue in our basement, we called Tyler to arrange an Air Quality Assessment as we had a lingering mildewy odour after fixing our foundation issues. Tyler was just great. He was extremely thorough and helped us identify a new moisture issue that we didn't even know existed as a result of his testing. He returned two additional times to assist in assessing the full scope of remediation we needed to have done. We highly recommend him.

    Cold room inspection for mold

    Tyler is a young but very professional home inspector who did his very best to inspect my basement cold room for mold and my back yard for water entry. He took his time explaining everything to me and wrote a very thorough and professional report about my mold and water problem, complete with pictures. After we gutted the cold room, he offered to return to my home at no extra charge to re-inspect the walls, to find the sources of water entry and to give me advice about how to fix the problem. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism.

    Air Quality sampling

    My husband and I were concerned about odors we had been noticing in our house.Tyler Thompson-Love of 360 Inspection Services came and took samples of 3 rooms in our house and they were sent to a lab.The results were back in a matter of days and we were able to work on remedying any problems.Tyler was very informative and eager to answer any questions and concerns that we had.It was a pleasure dealing with him and we'd use him again, if any future problems should arise.

    Air Quality sampling

    We had Tyler Thompson Love at our place to take some air samples.We were smelling a musty odor and wanted to determine where it was coming from.Tyler also did some visual inspections and Infra red light readings. He was very informative,answered all of our questions.He has also submitted to us a full detailed report of his findings.We can now go on from here, with the information we have been given.

    Home renovation

    Recently purchased a older home and wanted to ensure that the house was free of harmful insulation products. Tyler came out the same day and results were back with good news and quickly. Tyler is very professional and knows his field well. Would definitley recommend.

    Home inspection

    Had Tyler from 360 inspection do a home inspection on a house that we were buying and he did an amazing job talking the entire time so I knew what he was looking at and for. Had the report the following day in detail so I was able to go through it and said any questions about the report not to hesitate call or email him. Would recommend his services to others.

    Inspection

    Tyler was very professional and helpful. He returned our call for an appointment on the weekend - quickly scheduled an inspection appointment and was very professional with inspection. He answered all my questoins, provided advice. Very comfortable recommended Tyler to others and using him again.

    New home

    Tyler was very knowledgable and very through. We would recommend him to friends and family. He drove long distance to help us out. Made us see what was needed to be worked on now and what things could wait. Thank you 360 Inspection!

    Pre Purchase Home Inspection

    I looked around fairly extensively for a home inspector to inspect the house we are purchasing. 360 Inspections website jumped out immediately and his pricing was by far the most reasonable. After meeting Tyler at the inspection it was very apparent I made the right decision. He was extremely thorough and I felt very confident that he knew exactly what to look for. His report was of the highest quality and I am 100% satisfied with his service. Highly recommended!
