In assessing any home services, I generally look at four factors:
1. Professionalism
2. Quality of Workmanship
3. Quality of materials used and,
4. Price.
When applied to Preferred Plumbing Solutions, here is my opinion.
Professionalism – This is prominently displayed from the very time you pick up the phone and call them. Sandra at the office, as well as the technicians, Raphie and Mario, are all thorough professionals. When dealing with them, they treat you with respect and courteousness. They are also very thorough in their assessment of the problem and take a lot of pain in explaining the issue to the client and its solutions. The solutions offered are tiered and graded to offer price options to clients. This is to enable them to meet with their budgets similar to platinum, gold, silver and bronze plans one comes across with other service providers.
Quality of Workmanship – Since this company always uses a team of two, the workmanship is very neat and thorough. This is quite rare for ordinary plumbers to work as a team. They respect your home and keep the work area and surroundings clean.
Quality of Materials – The materials used are of the highest quality but they would be equally pleased to work with materials that you supply provided it meets their minimum quality standards.
Price – If you are looking for “cheap” prices for the type of services that this company performs, this may not be your kind of plumber. But considering the value that this company provides, the warranties for their work, I can say that overall, I was very pleased with Preferred Plumbing Solutions.
