My call was answered promptly. After diagnosing the situation and determining a new toilet was the best option, the technicians removed the old toilet and replaced it with a new one. Preferred Plumbing Solutions Inc. were wonderful! Raphie was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. What was supposed to be a tiny job quickly turned into a huge, complicated one (through no fault of theirs) and many workers were called in to get the job done in one day. Ive relied on Preferred Plumbing for many of my plumbing needs over the past 5 years but after the recent heavy rains and a flooded basement, I really needed help. After listening to what I thought the problem was, a thorough assessment was done and ALL options were clearly written out and explained to me. After my decision the team started right away and didnt leave until it was finished almost 12 straight hours of work because they wanted to make sure it was completed before another rainfall. Not only did I no longer have to worry about flooding but the guys left it cleaner than the swampy mess they walked in to!! I have and will continue to recommend Raphie and his team. I was a bit of a mess when they showed up, the damage that had been done and dealing with the aftermath and everyone was empathetic to my situation. From admin to frontline, theyre all wonderful, patient, clear and respectful.Answer from pro:

The technicians arrived on time, with such a positive and well mannered decorum about them. They conducted themselves so professionally, understood the problem immediately, explained everything to me so patiently and clearly, and within a very short amount of time, were done and out the door. Today Preferred Plumbing winterized my hose bibs and inground sprinkler system. The technicians were punctual, cordial, polite, and informative. Not only were they professional and swift in their work, but through their conversation with me, I realized that I had another hosebib I forgot about. I appreciate so much their diligence in keeping cleanliness in mind by removing their footwear every time they entered my house and always having a pail at the ready for any possible water residue from the valves or taps. This company is extremely professional, showed up on time and immediately took action to replace our 4 toilets. When an additional problem arose, they took action and provided their recommendations for solution. Our only (very minor) issue is they were not able to provide us an itemize cost breakdown when we asked how they reached their total amount for the service. The speed of service, the professionalism of our plumber, and his expertise were exceptional. I dont think he took a break from the time he arrived at 10 until leaving at 4.Answer from pro:
