    I wish we had gone with another company

    I would not recommend pro-Ace heating as we feel we would have gotten better service elsewhere. the workers were very nice and respectful but the overall service we would not recommend. It was expensive and what is worse is that they use a lending company which is now trying to charge me an extra $4000 because they receive the cheque for the total balance a day late. The lending company is UEI Financial and when I told the receptionist Roy about this and advised him that they should not be using such a company he claimed that they have not had a problem with this before which I find very unlikely.

    Furnace servicing / Invoice # 90611

    I was very pleased with Dimitry's knowledge and friendliness. He took the time to explain everything, and made the appropriate recommendations in moving forward. We have had the company repair our furnace previously, and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

    Service call / Invoice reference #90062

    Dmytro was clean, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He provided valuable information and advice about my furnace its installation and function. Very satisfied with the service. The only criticism I offer is he was over an hour late and no one called to advise of his change in schedule.

    furnace

    I had trouble with my furnace and called Pro-Ace. They were very responsive and arranged for a technician to check at no delay. The technician did an accurate diagnosis and performed a great job.

    Furnace and hot water tank

    Ace installed a furnace and hot water tank. 2010. We are more then happy with the work. We had a problem with the hot water tank. And Ali Reza found and fixed the problem. We found Ali very friendly and knowledgeable. We will recommend Acer Plumbing and heating to our friends and neighbours. Sincerely Robert Lachance

    heating

    The Pro Ace Heating company guys were very quick, fast and efficient. From the time I called them on the phone, they answered my questions and were very honest and quick service. I spoke to the owner Ali and he was very kind. The job was done.
