    Annual Heat Pump Service

    Roy the Senior Dispatcher was extremely professional and delivered everything as promised and fantastic to deal with. The technicians, Todd and Cam were very thorough and very professional when they were doing their work. They also took the time to ask questions and to provide tips and advice to help keep my system at maximum efficiency and potentially avoid expensive repair bills. I highly recommend them!

    Warranty Sevice And Upgrades

    Your tech Simon was exemplary. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to point out where a couple of simple upgrades could prevent problems down the road and was fully prepared to take care of them while here. Your company has a major asset with this gentleman. Treasure him, because that is where the quality ends. Ten days, and multiple phone calls later, they have as yet been unable to e-mail me my detailed invoice for the work. But they have already started pushing for additional services to be done and seem more focused on getting reviews than addressing customer requests. Well, here's the review.

    Furnace and water heater service

    Service technician came on time after a 10 minute notification from Ace. He was courteous and friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. He was respectful of my home at all times.

    Was done in a professional manner and was advised that furnace filter could be better and was purchased after explanation.

    Air conditioning and boiler maintenance inspection

    Easy to deal with and reliable. They did a follow up from a call I put into them last year and I booked an appt for them to come and do the same inspection. Showed up on time and were great to deal with.

    Furnace annual maintenance

    Cleaning and annual tune-up: check all connections, clean the filter, check pilot and fan and other relevant parts.
