    AC and Fireplace Not working

    First time with Pro Ace Heating and Air Conditioning and I was very Satisfied. I was expecting to have some issues to get an appointment on time but it was completely the opposite. They fitted me in on a schedule right away. My A/C and my Fireplace were not working at all and they fixed them right away. The technician was super friendly and professional. The cost was fair and service was excellent. After he left, I received a call from Pro Ace to find out if everything was ok with the service and the lady on the phone was very polite and friendly. She explained me everything about my warranty and other stuff. Definitely recommended. Ref #96069

    Furnace checkup

    Alireza did the basic checkup but gave us some valuable info on taking care of our filters. Others told us to use the dish washer but Alireza said it was not good as it is too harsh and really not needed. Especially since the parts are no longer available and a new unit is probably $1,000. Ouch. Thanks for the recommendation

    Furnace

    The service guy was friendly also give good service also recommend to friends very promt and honest with the service. used this company since furnace was replaced ok Ref #95800

    furnace service

    Annual check of furnace and water heater. Technician arrived ahead of the scheduled time, and had the work done in short order. He was polite and professional in his work. ref # 95745.

    Checked furnace and hot water tank

    Furnace maintenance and repair

    Ali the technician was pleasant, warm and quick. Also, they were right on time... most technicians who come give such a big window of time and your day is pretty much over. Ace was very professional with the appointment, follow up call and reminder and Ali arrived exactly at the time he said he would

    Very nice service. Punctual and informative. Would recommend.

    Needed my HRV serviced and cleaned. Called for an appointment and technician arrived the next day on time. Did the job and told me I needed to also have my air ducts cleaned so I've booked the same company to come back and do that too.
