    Furnace cleaning;hot water tank cleaning; furnace thermostat checked and fixed.

    The Furnace technician was on time; polite, businesslike , fast and efficient. He fixed an 'extra thing' which was to check out my thermostat, which had not been working for over 6 weeks. It need batteries !! which I had, and now I am very happy !!!! It was handy to be able to pay by VISA machine. kw.

    Furnace cleaning & servicing - ref # 96330

    This was an annual servicing of our furnace. Ace contacted us as requested in an earlier phone call. The technician was very pleasant and professional. Arrived as scheduled. Would recommend Pro Ace to others.

    Furance safety check and cleaning

    The technician is nice and the job completed very quickly, good customer service as I got call from the customer service to follow-up the job done. Just the the scope of the job is not exactly as stated as the flyers.

    Furnace service

    He was professional and pleasant rep. Explained some things like the age of the furnace and issues that I would need to address at a later date....also explained the Fortis gas company rebate for new furnace installation. 96181

    Furnace service

    It was a yearly service to check the furnace was in good running condition. I had them last year also. I will continue to use their service because I am happy with the work and price. Thank you R. Matthews

    Furnace Inspection - 95924

    The service technician showed up on time. He cleaned, tested and inspected the furnace. He found no problems. He recommended a duct cleaning. He changed the furnace filter and inspected the thermostat. He gave some advice on thermostats and filter types. Thanks 95924

    replacement of part on our furnace

    A part was replaced on our furnace. We need a statement as to what was the part, and the one-year warrantee that goes with the part. We think this is appropriate as the cost to us was $1,168.65. Please reply.

    Boiler Down

    Hot water boiler went down over the weekend so placed an emergency service call to Pro Ace. Ali showed up first thing Monday morning and tended to the problem right away. After a couple of hours everything was back up and running. 96137
