    New Home Inspection

    Very accommodating, quick to respond, and able to schedule us in for an inspection within a short timeframe. Geoff is friendly, experienced, and provided us with useful information about our new home. He drew on his expertise to answer our various questions. Good pricing and overall great value for the service. Would definitely recommend. Thank you, Geoff!

    Very professional

    service was professional and done very well, I will be a returning costumer and I would refer them to my friends. Price was very reasonable and did not take much time.

    home inspection

    Geoff was professional and explained all concerns to me as we went thru the inspection. He went thru everything that needed to be looked into including tight crawl spaces and attic

    Possible sale of home

    Geoff did an excellent job. His inspection of our home was detailed and meticulous. Every aspect of the home that could possibly require service or benefit from improvement was carefully examined, and his report was complete and thorough. Geoff was also a very personable individual to have here. He took care to explain what he was doing and why, and was an agreeable person with a fine sense of humour. He was also more than willing to answer questions and provide explanations. In every sense, Geoff is a professional, and we recommend him highly. Morris and Marietta Maduro

    Knowledgeable

    Geoff is very knowledgeable , efficient , friendly and easy to deal with . Very thorough and detailed I would recommend Geoff to anyone looking for a prompt , reliable , and knowledgeable inspector whether you are selling or buying rei is the home inspector for all your needs

    Amazing service!

    I was more than thrilled with the service I received from REI. Geoff was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient and I recieved the detailed report the very next morning! I would highly recommend REI for your home inspection!

    Awsome and Fair inspector

    The inspector is very knowledgeable and friendly. apart from the professionalism that he has, he also likes to explain in details to the client all the systems and and aspects of the house that you must be aware of. As first home buyer, i learned a lot from this inspector, in a span of 3 hrs. he also gives tips and tricks, in which as a home owner you should be able to handle yourself. i would recommend him to anyone. No doubt.

    Great inspection and information

    Geoff did a good job not only inspecting the house, but informing me of preventative care as well. As a first time home owner and each house being different, this was valuable information. Thanks!

    Home Inspection for New Buy

    Used Geoff's services for a new home inspection. The service went above an beyond my expectations. Geoff was very flexible in working with my schedule. I had no issues getting in touch with him, and responses were always prompt.
