    Home INspection

    Geoff was awesome to work with. He took his time and explained everything, and as first time home buyers we had lots of questions. He was very knowledgeable and his report was very detailed. I would recommend him to anyone! Professional and quality service.

    Home Inspection

    Geoff did a home inspection on a property we were going to purchase. Geoff is very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. He is passionate about his job amd educates his clients empowering them to make good buying decisions. I would recommend Geoff to anyone looking for an inspection.

    Home Inspection Service

    Most professional and thorough home inspector I have ever dealt with. Very easy to deal with. On time and produced a detailed report. He was more than helpful. Have, and will continue to recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    A co-worker of mine recommended Geoff as a top-notch home inspector. I was immediately impressed with Geoff's friendly manner on the phone and extensive knowlege. As first time home buyers, we had many questions and he took the time during and after the inspection to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend Geoff, especially if you are a first time home buyer and want the reassurance of a quality inspection and thorough, detailed report.

    Home inspection

    I highly recommend REI because Geoff, the inspector is well knowledgeable, no what he is doing, very professional and reasonable for price. He is approachable via email anytime you have doubt and questions even after the inspections done. That is what we call service after sale! Awesome.

    Home Inspections

    Geoff is highly recommended for home inspections. He is thorough and is extremely knowledgeable. Geoff is always reachable even after the inspection has been completed and is ready to answer further questions on the house.

    Residential home inspection

    Geoff inspected a home for us and we were very happy with the inspection. We were referred to Geoff. We knew he had been in the business a long time and was the vice president of the home inspectors association. He took about 2 hrs to do the inspection and used a electronic device to store all his findings. He explained everything so well and all our questions were answered. We even called him back in the evening to ask more questions and he didnt mind at all. He gave us a full report in writing with pictures that was emailed to us that same evening. Since meeting Geoff we have referred him to many of our friends and everyone has the same reviews as us. We definitely recommend getting Geoff to come out. His price is so reasonable compared to other companies we had called. I highly recommend him.
