    gas log insert

    Good reviews led me to Toronto Comfort and I was not disappointed. The whole process was professional and efficient, from my first visit to their store, when my questions were given the attention and detail I wanted, through to the installation by Chris. Toronto comfort provide a level of service not easy to find in the world of "big box" stores. I am delighted with my gas log insert...I am ALMOST looking forward to cold weather!

    new fireplace and installation

    I could not be more delighted with the service and expertise provided by Toronto Comfort Zone. On the purchase side, Sonny was extremely patient, taking the time to explain each and every option, and the respective negatives and positives. He was honest and intergral. This is a boutique style business and you get personalized attention, rather than walking into an impersonal depot. Arek, who installed the fireplace was clearly very skilled , and has pride and enjoyment in his work. The result exceeded my expectations. The fireplace that was installed looked even better than in the glossy catalogue - that says a lot.

    Gas fireplace purchase

    My experience with Sonny was top notch. I live in the neighbourhood and walked into his shop to learn about gas fireplaces, as I needed one for my renovated house. I learned everything I needed to know in the 10 minutes I spent with him, and he was so great with email follow-up that ensued, providing prompt and thorough responses, that I ended up getting my fireplace with him within a couple of days. Awesome service and competitive pricing. I highly recommend Sonny and his shop!

    Electric Fireplace

    We are so happy and pleased that we chose to work with Toronto Comfort Zone for our electric fireplace project! From start to finish, Sonny and Luigi were very professional and eager to accomplish our desired result. Pricing was fair and appropriate. Workmanship by Luigi was excellent! We highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality fireplace installation work.

    Gas fireplace installation

    The team arrived on time, their work was of a high quality and they cleaned up as they were working and at the end. Fireplace works great.

    Replacing our gas fireplace

    We are so happy with our new fireplace! From the moment we met Sonny, we knew we had chosen the right company. We are so impressed by Sonny and his staff – their expertise, their graciousness, their responsiveness to our questions, their attention to detail. For various reasons, replacing the gas fireplace in our condo with a new one with a larger, to-code duct was not a simple task. But Sonny and his staff advised and reassured us all along the way and we are so pleased with the result. We give Toronto Comfort Zone our highest recommendation.

    Gas fireplace replacement

    On time on budget great workmanship clean skilled trades and fast turnaround very professional showed up when they said they would Sonny organized all trades and tile contact

    Fireplace

    Supplied electric fireplace, Sonny was good to deal with, ordered in the unit and was sure to call me the moment it arrived.

    Fireplace Insert

    We are very pleased with the installation of our insert. The original instillation left a gap between the insert and the front tiles but Sonny was quick to address it by getting a custom made flange manufactured. We will definitely recommend Toronto Comfort Zone to all of our friends. Great job, guys!

    FIreplace Tear Down

    Sonny and his team exceeded expections. Very satisfied with a tear down of an old fireplace and replaced with new modern one.
