    Fireplace

    They gave me the product information I needed, countless times, were priced well, delivered quickly and were available for follow up calls upon installation. They were absolutely great.

    Gas firepit order

    Great service. Quick response to emails. Lent us samples with no questions. Firepit we ordered came in 2 weeks earlier than anticipated.

    Fireplace

    Amazing job! Sonny was very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service! We love the way our new fireplace looks. They removed our dysfunctional fireplace with new modern looking one and even helped us shop around for rustic looking mantel which looks absolutely amazing. We highly recommend them to everyone.

    New Gas Fireplace

    We are completely happy with the experience of purchasing our new fireplace through Sonny. He and Brian made things very easy with great suggestions and patient explanations of the various options. Also, he dealt with our contractor on some technical installation issues which helped considerably. These are real professionals who know their business and product line. Sonny and Brian are great examples off why a purchaser like myself gets so much better service and assistance than would be the case from a large mega-vendor. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation

    Gas fireplace

    I know about this company through my research in HomeStars. Brian was responsive in my email queries. I went down to the showroom to check out the various models and Brian explained them throughly. The quote was competitive. Sonny came in our house to do the measurement very timely. After placing the order, we had to change the model due to the design changes to our renov project. Brian was patient with us and worked with our plan. Brian even wanted to make sure that the materials around fireplace is fire resistant. It shows they care about their customers. Installation was completed without delay or issues.

    Fireplace repairs

    I was having a few minor issues with my fireplace. The repair man showed up on time and was super friendly and helpful. He explained to me the problem with the fireplace and repaired it quickly. He also explained that I would need further maintenance in a year or so with regards to the pilot light. He explained to me the process of how to order it and arrange service. A great experience overall.

    Electric fireplace

    Purchased a Dimplex BLF50 electric fireplace and received great service in the showroom and over the phone from Sonny and Brian.

    Replacing a gas fireplace with a new electric fireplace in our living room

    Visited our home, on time, assessed our issues, made sensible cost efficient suggestions. We later visited his shop, viewed various models. Sonny worked with us on installation issues, explained all the options. Unit was ordered, arrived ahead of schedule, and lifted into our vehicle. Every one of our several phone or email contacts were immediately answered. Overall a very good experience.
