    Fireplace and gas line installation

    During a complete gut and renovation of our home, we decided to install two gas fireplaces and a gas line for a back deck barbeque. We liked Valor fireplaces and Sonny was able to show us what they would look like, as well as many other fireplace options - the showroom is full of so many amazing units! We really appreciated how knowledgeable he was about different makes and styles and how they could work in our particular home. Because our project was complicated and took a long time, Sonny sent his team over in stages and had to liaise at intervals with our HVAC team, our kitchen designer, and our contractor. When we realized a decision elsewhere in the house might impact the gas lines or fireplace plans, Sonny was always ready to help determine the best way forward, and he and his team worked well with everybody else at the project and made it easy to ensure a good outcome. Overall, a pleasure from beginning to end and I would recommend Toronto Comfort Zone without hesitation!

    Fireplace Installation

    Toronto Comfort Zone did an amazing job installing a Regency HZ40E Gas fireplace and framed-in the venting and surrounded the fireplace with ledgestone. They designed a wood mantel and shelving on both sides. The TV and sound bar was also installed above the fireplace. The work was completed professionally and ahead of schedule. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to assist me with the right look to fit in with my design plans. Great Job!!

    Fireplace installation

    The workmanship was amazing very knowledgable installers clean work site and very respectful of our home , would recommend them to anyone.

    gas fireplace insert

    We went searching for someone to install a gas fireplace insert in the summer months. We went to three different places, all of which quoted about the same price. Even though I had carefully measured the dimensions of our fireplace, no one could guarantee that this make, or that, would fit until they sent a representative to see/measure. We went with Toronto Comfort Zone (416-482-8585) only because the owner, "Sonny," seemed to be more knowledgeable than the other 'salespeople' that we talked to. But, boy, did that translate into intelligent suggestions and decisions once he had visited and measured. We had a glitch with the remote control after the unit was installed. Sonny made certain work of fixing that by sending an expert to fix the problem. It took a while for this to happen, but the fireplace - which we love! - works flawlessly and show beautifully. Are we looking forward to the next Christmas power outage? (Remember that one?) No. But, if it were to come, our fireplace would be a comfort. I sent Sonny an email about three months after the installation was completed saying how much we appreciate the beautiful job that his company did. We're glad we happened on Sonny's company.

    Bedroom renovattion

    Supplied and Installed a new gas fireplace. The owner Sonny researched the best fireplace for our very specific conditions and made his recommendation which we followed. It went very well.

    New Fireplace installation

    From start to finish very efficient - no nonsense. They are all that responsive in the store but when they concentrate - excellent - friendly and even humorous. Overall very happy,

    Fireplace Manel

    I would like to thank Sonny at Toronto Comfort Zone for doing an amazing job designing my fireplace mantle. I was very happy with the service and attention to detail that Sonny took in creating the perfect mantel for my home. The final product was completed to my exact specifications and carpenter Tony did a great job with the instal. I would highly recommend Toronto Confort Zone for all your fireplace needs.

    Purchase of electric fireplace

    Gas Fireplace Insulation

    For the last several months we worked with Sonny to discuss different fireplace options and how we could convert our wood fireplace to a gas fireplace. He came to our house to take measurements so that he could recommend which one would be the best fit. During the entire time, we never felt pressure to buy from them and he was always patient and helpful. When we finally decided to make our purchase, Ray and his partner came to do the installation. They worked hard to get everything done. When the installation was complete, Ray carefully took the time to show us how to work the fireplace....and we love the way it works and looks! In the end, we are very happy with the entire team. Everyone was professional and patient. We definitely would recommend them!

    Fireplace & Mantel Installation

    What a fabulous job! They tore out my old stone fireplace and replaced it with a beautiful concrete mantel and new fireplace insert. The installation was completed on time, with very little mess, and they were perfectionists. I couldn't be happier.
