    Purchased product: Electric fireplace

    They have a showroom in Mid-Town Toronto. We chose the Dynasty BT-44. It arrived quickly. Haven't had it installed yet, but we are pleased.

    Fireplace fix

    we have a 16 year old MAJESTIC double sided fireplace, it looked dated as it came with logs and a steel grate. we called Sonny from Comfort Zone, he promptly came over to look at the fireplace. Rather than replacing the existing fire place Sonny came up with some options to modernize the fireplace rather than replacing the whole unit, good advice and a good solution. After deciding on our options, a technician was sent after a couple of days, he removed the steel grate and logs and replaced them with modern looking rocks (they sent three different types of rocks to see what would work better). the fireplace was also serviced and cleaned up. Prompt and professional service, price point for what they offer was well below other companies that I called. I would highly recommend this company

    Fire place insert

    Sonny retrofit our wood burning fireplace for a gas fireplace. All contractors who worked on the project were responsive and good to work with.

    Gas Fireplace

    We needed to replace our 1992 zero clearance gas fireplace and Brian and Sonny at Toronto Comfort Zone were able to come up with suggestions fit for the limited depth of our existing drywall box in the living room, to avoid additional expense with new framing, etc. We chose the Marquis Skyline. Sonny was able to have it delivered and installed within 3 days. He answered all questions that we had throughout the process. His installers arrived on time, did a beautiful job, cleaned everything and disposed of the old fireplace ($100 charge) and all packaging/garbage. They were knowledgeable and courteous. The price for the fireplace and installation was reasonable. From order to install 3 days, Sonny always communicated very well and in a timely manner. We will use this company again in the future, with no hesitation, and can recommend them to anyone. Their motto is "Obsessed with quality" and they live up to it. Sonny, thank you.

    gas fireplace insert

    Sonny was extremely courteous and diligent. He walked us through the process and was in in constant contact with us.

    Gas Fireplace

    Sonny and team helped install a valor gas fireplace. It was a tricky install as the old chimney was in a shared wall of a semi-detached. Daniel did a great job on the mason work to get everything to fit and everyone involved was very professional. We had installed in the summer in tandem with a home renovation and noticed a few days after install the flames were not even. Sonny had a technician in right away to sort it out. We used our fireplace a lot over the winter and it's been flawless. I'd done a lot of research at the time and Toronto Comfort Zone were the best cost and easiest to deal with in the GTA.

    Fireplaces

    Well done and on time. No explanation was given as to the use by the installers, which they promised to do.

    Fire place

    Fireplace valor

    Very responsive and quick. Sonny was a pleasure to work with. Not the cheapest as I told him but he made up for it in the service.
