    Service and Product

    Sonny and his colleague are very knowledgeable and understand the products and what is required to complete the project. They are extremely patient and answer all your questions in making you feel comfortable with your purchase I would recommend them to others

    Comfort Zone gas fireplace installation

    Toronto Comfort Zone did a fantastic job for us. From helping us find the best gas fireplace to meet our needs, right through pricing, service and installation they were top notch every step of the way.

    Condo fireplace facelift

    Excellent service, great advice and guidance. Made a 15 year old condo fireplace look like new with a cost effective solution. Highly recommend.

    Fireplaces - gas inserts

    We are very pleased with the overall experience that Toronto Comfort Zone provided. Sonny was very knowledgeable and presented us with lots of information regarding wood inserts versus gas inserts. In the end we decided to install two gas inserts (in the basement and main floor). When Sonny’s team, Reza and Moj, came to install the gas lines and fireplaces we were extremely happy with their work. They were able to navigate very difficult corners (installing the pipeline underneath our deck but above our retaining wall) and was even able to remove a lot of debris from the chimney that made it extremely difficult to open the chute – but which they did successfully. Both fireplaces look beautiful – so beautiful that we’ve been using them every evening since they were installed!

    OUTSTANDING SERVICE for GAS FIREPLACE

    new electric fireplace

    During a time of parts shortages and shipping delays, Sonny and his team were able to build us the fireplace we wanted within 4 weeks. On top of that, they provided exceptional service throughout the process - from drawings, to consulting us on changes, to final delivery - to ensure we got the fireplace we wanted. We are very happy with the fireplace, and with our experience getting it. We'd happily recommend Toronto Comfort Zone to anyone looking for a new fireplace for their home.

    Fireplace sales and installation

    We were doing a total reno of our house and looked around for a fireplace during covid and Toronto Comfort Zone was fantastic. They had lower prices than the "fancy" places our contractor suggested and Sonny was so great. Very helpful, always answered our emails about questions and we got a beautiful unit that fit into our small living room. The price for the gas fireplace and installation was 2/3rds the price of the other quotes. Sonny was dealing with Covid supply problems but got everything sorted. After installation when we had an question about maybe the fireplace was out of kilter (? contractor people) Sonny promptly send out his installation guy to sort out the problem. We feel so fortunate to have chosen Sonny and Toronto Comfort Zone to do our fireplace

    Fireplace feature wall

    The project was to create a fireplace feature wall built around a linear fireplace. The wall includes a cast stone hearth and surround and reclaimed barn wood chase. This necessitated a fireplace with very specific features. Sonny was instrumental in not only finding the right fireplace to meet all the required specs, but also in putting me in touch with people he often works with to accomplish such projects. Sonny's installation team was professional, courteous and careful not to damage anything during the fireplace installation, as the room is completely finished. Sonny organized the installation on a rapid time frame and his people showed up on time. I cannot give higher marks and would not hesitate to recommend Toronto Comfort Zone for complex fireplace projects.

    Gas Fireplace

    Very impressed with Kevin's knowledge and expertise at the home visit. He gave me valuable knowledge about the gas line and the best approach for the installation of the insert along with recommendations for the most suitable insert for our older home. Installers were extremely professional, efficient and tidy. We would not hesitate to recommend them . A reliable , top quality company with clear customer service values.
