    Outdoor Fireplace Improvement

    Sonny and Luigi were prompt, professional and polite. We had to replace an old outdoor fireplace and redo our stone facing. All work was done on schedule and according to budget. Excellent company.

    New Gas Fireplace

    Guys at the shop (Kevin and Sonny) were fantastic to deal with and clearly very knowledgeable about brands, products and installation scenarios. Very helpful from the first visit right through to final installation. Entire process was smooth and end result was excellent - including the work of their installers on a hot July day! Would highly recommend.

    gas fireplace and mantle

    This is the second time in less than a year that we used Toronto Comfort Zone. This time we had them tear out our old cast stone fireplace and install a new gas insert complete with mantle in our living room. Sonny came out, took measurements, made recommendations for a new fireplace and mantle and his team got to work. Great job guys and a big thank-you to Luigi whose keen eye for perfection pulled it all together. We could not be more thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend TCZ to friends and family. They are true professionals.

    Fireplace surround/mantle

    The fireplace surround and mantle that Sonny designed and Luigi installed was perfect. Luigi’s attention to detail and gentle personality made him a delight to work with. I am extremely happy with the result. I highly recommend Toronto Comfort Zone.

    new fireplace installation

    1. The Salesman who answered the phone - very polite and friendly. 2. The person who came to assess the problem - very polite and friendly. Also very professional. 3. Sunny the manager - again very friendly, polite and helpful. 4. Chris the installer - very polite and friendly and also very professional. All in all a terrific experience.

    Fireplace removal

    Sonny from Toronto comfort zone was very prompt with responses to all my questions. Chris came exactly when he said he’d be at the house. All work was completed quickly and efficiently, couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended

    Purchase and installation of Valor gas fireplace

    Sonny, the owner and Kevin were always available to answer our questions. They are knowledgeable, honest and they care. We are very happy with the installation and our gas fireplace. The service was prompt. I highly recommend them.

    Gas Fireplace purchase and installation

    Sonny and his staff were amazing to deal with. Sonny followed up my initial visit to the shop quickly and provided a recommendation for a gas insert that would fit our (awkward) space. Reza and his crew were pleasant and efficient and accommodating with my neighbours. The job was done quickly despite being interrupted by the pandemic and Sonny constructed a perfectly matched custom surround to finish our installation. We love our gas fireplace and recommend Toronto Comfort Zone highly!
