    Some basic plumbing work

    Quote turned service call. I was looking for few quotes to get new upstairs toilet installed and change lavatory faucet in the basement. When I called, I was able to get the tech to come the same day and give me the quote for the job. The guy came on time as promised, he had no problem answering my questions and offered some nice advice. After looking at the pricing I got vs like 4 other quotes I got, I was satisfied with the cost and was pretty happy with the tech and his attitude towards the job. Next day as promised the tech showed up on time and started the work. He removed the old toilet, and took it outside. Where he separated the tank from the bowl and left it at the curb. Ones the old toilet was out the knew toilet went on. The tech made sure to clean the dirt and all the yukky stuff that was under the old toilet, ones that was done he carefully installed the new toilet. Not only that but he added shingles to make sure the toilet is sitting nicely and is not rocking around, and to top it off he added a layer of clear silicon. As he explained the silicon is to prevent dirt and all the yukky stuff that I mentioned before from collecting underneath. After cleaning up his work station and leaving nothing in the upstairs washroom, the tech moved to work on the faucet installation in the basement. He ones more was very courteous with his work and made sure to nicely clean the sink from all the calcium and dirt build up that was under the old faucet. He installed the new faucet, made sure nothing is leaking, ones more cleaned his working area and left everything nice and clean. Before collecting the payment he ones again checked everything, he checked for any leaks and gave me some basic maintains tips for the toilet and the faucet. This by far was extremely pleasing company to deal with, always on time, made sure to clean up after the job, gave advice and most important wore shoe covers to keep my carpets and hardwood floors clean.

    Plumber service

    We used this plumbing service to replace a toilet. The workmanship was fine but we had a billing dispute and I was not happy about the manner in which Alex negotiated costs. Fortunately, we achieved a satisfactory resolution.

    IKEA vanity installation

    Purchased a vanity from ikea for the looks, found out the hard way it would not be so easy to get the sink and the drain installed. As ikea stuff is non-standard and comes with a lot of European parts and stuff. A co-worker of mine recommended me this company as they did some work for her in the past and she was pretty happy with the service and price. A plumber came by to my house the next day as agreed upon over the phone, he took a look what’s going on and gave me the price for the job. The price was pretty reasonable, plus this guy’s where referred by recommendation so I had bit more peace of mind. The plumbing guy when ahead and installed the sink, faucet and the drain for us. He had to cut the bottom shelfs a bit as they kept getting in the way of the drain pipes, however he did a nice clean cut and made it work. The job was finished same day, the work area was cleaned and we got to enjoy the new vanity, sink and faucet in the end of the day.

    Install water shut off valves

    Alex and his assistant just left my house after completing a couple of repairs involving the replacement and installation of shut off valves under my bathroom sink and to the outside water service. I was very impressed with the service they provided. Professional, efficient and very helpful. I would not hesitate to call on them again for any of my plumbing needs. Recommend then highly.

    Shower faucet leaking

    Called Toronto Plumber for leakage in shower faucet. As promised Alex came within an hour and fixed. What is commendable is he explained in detail the problem of the cartridge. A very courteous gentleman with great expertise in his field. Definitely recommending him to my family and friends.

    Running Toilet

    Alex was fantastic. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He laid out my options and told me about pricing. We agreed on the service and everything was fixed within the hour. I will be using Alex again and I highly recommend him.

    Plumbing lint stuck in pipe from the wall for washer

    Lint stuck. In the pipe in the wall the plumber had to use a snake going in about 35 ft and pulled out lint stuck in pipe.     Home Plumbing Update

    From the first phone call to the final handshake Alex of The Toronto Plumber provided excellent workmanship and service. He arrived on time, provided a reasonable quote and was prepared to begin the same day. During the work when a few unexpected concerns arose he brought them to my attention, showed and explained to me what could be done, allowed me to decide, then included them in the job in a timely and effective manner. He was tidy, took the debris out of the house and even separated the old toilet to facilitate garbage pickup. The final cost exceeded my expectations. Need a plumber, do not look any further than Alex Myroniuk. I will use his services again and recommend him to my friends.

    Laundry room drain

    I take pleasure in recommending the excellent--and personable--service of Alex and assistant Terry of The Toronto Plumber. They arrived punctually, explained the process of replacing leaking hose bibs and water lines for the washing machine, and performed the task with proficiency. Alex pointed out that the replacement parts he chose were Canadian products because he was more confident of their quality. I asked Alex if he had a suggestion for eliminating a persistent foul odour in the laundry room. His first thought was that the washer drain hose set-up was incorrect and that was indeed the case. They remedied the situation by installing a p-trap which allows waste water to create a seal preventing the inflow of sewer gasses. I finally have a fresh-smelling laundry room again. Thank you Alex and Terry. And they left the work area spic and span. And their prices are very reasonable.

    Leaking toilet and kitchen faucet

    Alex, the owner, personally answered when I phoned The Toronto Plumber to set up an appointment for a quote on several plumbing repairs needed in my house. Alex arrived on time and quickly assessed my long list of plumbing issues. He was very transparent and explained in detail all the items that could be repaired and the ones that had to be replaced. He replaced the 30 year-old toilet and kitchen faucet at a fair price. He fixed the laundry faucet by replacing two cartridges, 2 seat handles, 2 adaptors and 1 oaring for only $40 and an aerator at no charge! Alex and his assistant, Terry, were very professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and left all the work areas clean and tidy. I will gladly recommend The Toronto Plumber to my friends and neighbors. Thank you Alex for and Terry for your amazing, friendly service.
