We had problems with our toilet main drain with it backing up do to a clog. Few times we tried to call variety of plumbing companies, who would come to our home, charge us money and then leave. But the problem kept coming back. Then we tried to call yet another plumbing company, expecting to pay and face the problem again. So this time we called Hi-Tec Drain who send it one of there technicians "Alex". Alex came and removed the toilet and cleaned the drain. Ones he cleaned the drain he inspected it by TV Camera. The TV Camera showed a peace of plastic, which was stuck from toilet flinch. Alex showed us all of this on his colored camera, and did a locate. After which he opened the drywall, cut a part of main stuck and removed the piece of plastic. Then he repaired the pipe and everything was then working. We waited few days and so far have had no problems. We are very happy with the service and are really happy to choose Hi-Tec Drain as our go-to plumbing company.

Our recently purchased old home had few issue with plumbing. Recommended by friends, Alex was great. Done very clean, accurate and fast professional job, used only high quality materials that would last. Explained what he was doing. We contracted him a few times already for 2 toilets, kitchen piping, outside frost free faucet valve for garden etc. Will recommend to others.

Friday May 2nd, I came from work to find that our kitchen sink was full of water as if it was a tub. Originally I though there must be some piece of food or something else that is preventing the water from going down, and tried to clear it by hand and with other at hand objects. But I was unable to do so. Then as any other homeowner would do I hopped onto my phone and started googling plumbing companies, but I was slightly out of luck here. I called two companies prior to Hi-Tec Drain and was left hanging on hold, after 8 minutes sitting on hold I got fed up and moved to the next company in the list, hopping maybe I would be bit more lucky with this one, and I was. After few rings I was able to speak to some lady from Hi-Tec Drain, and without being put on hold she said she would dispatch a plumber to my place. I wasn't stuck waiting for very long, Alex the plumber from Hi-Tec Drain arrived few hours after my call and was assessing the job pronto. Ones Alex got all of his equipment he was right at work, doing his job. Few minutes later the problem was fixed. The P-Trap was clogged by some food and bones (as i originally assumed), which resulted in the entire thing getting clogged up. It's funny but we did not have a decent sink strainer which in part was a culprit of the issue, and good chunk of the stuff from dishes was being washed down the drain. Alex explained the importance of having a good strainer and trying to avoid sending large chunks of food and cooking grease down the drain, as it will overtime buildup and clog again and again. I am really impressed with the level of professionalism Alex has demonstrated with assessing, resolving and explaining the problem and also very happy that I was not put on hold while calling Hi-Tec Drain. Definitely a very experience and professional company to deal with, who have skilled technicians and very reasonable prices. Big thanks to Alex and the dispatcher from Hi-Tec Drain.
