Alpha Locksmith was efficient, courteous and prompt in the service they provided. Was there to provide emergency service as owner was waiting for service on a cold night. As promised the job was completed in a timely and professional manner. I was very relieved and pleased to have excellent service provided by Alpha Locksmith.

We hired Alpha locksmith to unlock a commercial door. They gave us a quote before starting the job. They kept to the quote even though they ran into a problem. They did a fantastic job. We will definitely call them back to do work for us

When my wife and I moved into our new house, we went looking for a Locksmith who could help us re-key all of the locks on our house. Bryce at Alpha locksmith had the strongest reviews, so we went with him. We weren't disappointed. Bryce was knowledgeable, responsive, and priced very fairly. The price we paid included four locks being changed. Not only did Bryce also take the time to explain how our new keypad lock worked, he even returned when we realized we had forgotten to ask him to change a lock, and didn't charge us the visitation fee again. This was above and beyond in our opinion, and we can't recommend his company highly enough.

Recommended by another reputable locksmith company. Came on very short notice. Handle set not simple to replace since replacement required new accurate measurements. Had all the tools for precise measurements. Worked quickly and precisely. A pleasant obviously experienced professional I.e. it was important that the job was done right. Will definitely use services again.

I contacted Bryce when the entry lock of our home broke. He was at our door by the end of the day (and at the agreed upon time), to tackle the repair. He made the repair using a spare part that he had in his truck. He could have told me the lock needed to be replaced, and I would have been no wiser. Remarkably professional and very kind. Bryce did an amazing job replacing an old lock and fixing another issue we had on our screen door. He has an amazing work ethic, and takes care of the smallest details. He doesn't leave until everything is working properly. Very pleased that we called him.

Bryce helped us rekey 6 doors in our newly purchased home. Bryce went above and beyond the original scope of work to help us (out of the goodness of his heart), including change passwords on the garage door, trying to fix a malfunctioning garage door, factory resetting a keyless entry door, fixing a poorly installed lock etc. There were no surprises! Bryce is extremely professional, detailed oriented and extremely kind hearted! We couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Recently on two separate visits I had Alpha locksmith complete lock maintenance and installations on my front door and two side doors. Appointments were made promptly on both occasions. Before the second visit Bryce gave me a quote, over the phone, and this was exactly what he charged to do the work. His work was carried out in a very professional manner. Our front door lock broke suddenly and called Alphalocksmith for a quote and if it could be replaced right away. Appointment was made for next day installation.
