I just recently moved into a new place. I picked up a new keyless lock for the front door and Bryce installed it for me and also rekeyed three locks to simplify things with one key working for all the locks. Bryce was quick to respond and easy to work with in terms of booking a time. He showed up on time, was friendly and informative and did an excellent job all around. I was very happy with the service provided and would recommend :-)

I've used Alpha Locksmith a few times now. Everything from installing a handle set to re keying locks. On each occasion they've been on time and very efficient. They provide a very professional reliable service. I would definitely recommend using their services.

Third time I've used Alpha. Able to arrange a time that meant I didn't have to leave work early to get lock repaired at my home. Quick work and beyond reasonable price. Two thumbs up. And all done with a pleasant manner. Thanks Bryce!!

My two year old put the chain lock on the door (it was installed quite low on the door, so she was able to reach). I was outside getting groceries from the car, and discovered she had locked me out. My baby was also inside sleeping. I called Alpha and the gentleman came in ten minutes, cut the chain and I was in. It was excellent service and he kindly didn't charge me. Thank you!

I moved into a new place and the existing lock was horrible. I bought a new Schlage keypad lock but the install was not going smooth at all. I contacted Bryce and am glad I did. He arranged to come over the next day (holiday Monday no less) and was very informative and professional. The new lock is great thanks to some extra chiseling (no wonder the old builder lock was so poor they short-cutted the install). I highly recommend Bryce for quick and professional service that leads to peace of mind.
