Steve and his team have been looking after all my HVAC needs for years now and they never fail to impress. I have also happily referred Air in Motion to numerous of my real estate clients and all have been very pleased with their prompt, high quality and very attentive service. Add to that, Steve Youdowitch is one of the most pleasant and honest people I've had the pleasure of working with. I give Steve and his team 10 stars!!

I had an emergency service call from AIM for my water heater during the COVID pandemic. Steve kindly walked me through their new protocols and had a service person over to my house extremely quickly to fix the issue. The service person was very professional, wore an N95 mask, gloves and shoe covers - we felt very safe during the entire process. Steve then provided a follow-up call to see how the service went which we felt was a nice personal touch.

Steve was great to deal with and really came through for us as we are going through a reno and needed a gas line changed ASAP! His crew were pleasant to deal with, hard working and did a great job! And the cost was less than another company had quoted us! I definitely highly recommend them!!!

Steve and his team were very prompt and professional in dealing with my red tag for my furnace exhaust and gas line inspection. Steve took the time to explain the work being done and followed up with me throughout the entire process. He also gave me great advice on the pros and cons of switching my tank water heater to a tankless water heater. I definitely recommend Steve and his team and will be using them again. Moved into an older house with a 15+ year furnace. Air In Motion and Steve were incredibly responsive and easy to work with to schedule my appointment. They sent a technician who was knowledgeable, pleasant and they performed the work as well as made good recommendations. I also had issues with my humidifier and they came back for a subsequent service call (different technician), and again - great service and support. My situation is I have a very old furnace and would prefer to keep this one alive without having to constantly invest into it. The quality of support and confidence I get with Air In Motion and their regular maintenance recommendation will enable me to live comfortably in my home and not have to pay for an expensive replacement. I'll be calling them back when I look to do maintenance on my air condition unit in a couple weeks. Thank you!

Saturday of the long easter weekend the furnace stopped working called and they arrived after 4 hours got me going by cleaning a sensor. Sensor failed a week later and they returned with a new sensor and corrected the problem.

Worked together with Steve getting new home owners settled in their first home. Naturally Steve took care of the heating and A/C but he gave me a shout to come in check off the "to do list" for the owners. Whenever I had to leave a message for Steve he ALWAYS got back to me in good time.

During this Covid crisis never expected such great response and service Didn’t have the parts but sourced them and came back Good Friday evening to complete the repairs Will save this company for any future heating and cooling needs for sure So very greatful Stay safe B M Mori

Extremely happy with the service that was completed with great speed. Furnace had stopped producing heat. Called in the morning of the 16th and by the afternoon an engineer was out to check the problem. Furnace needed a new part so could not be repaired that evening. Was kept completely informed at all times and the next day the part had been sourced and the engineer returned that morning to complete the repair. Communication is clearly one of the strengths of this company. I was always kept in the loop even when the engineer was running 10 minutes behind. Given all this happened as COVI-19 was rearing its ugly head, the speed of the service was doubly impressive. All in all, I've now found my go-to company for my future heating and cooling work.
