Mr. Youdowitch provided me with a great deal of information and was very helpful with furnace selection. His team was efficient in installing the new furnace. I am very happy with the new furnace - it is quiet and works really well.

In the recent extreme heat, we were having issues with our AC freezing. Steve promptly returned our call for help, and sent a technician to check out our AC & Furnace. He did a thorough examination of our HVAC system and did the necessary servicing, and we are enjoying the house being cool again. We will have Air in Motion back for duct cleaning as well as regular maintenance.

Steve & his team did a great job of moving our existing AC unit to the front of the house where it is quieter. The house is Victorian & required some careful work. Great & thorough job by his team , Peter & associate. It’s now working nicely. They also do our furnace maintenance.

Friday night during the most recent heat wave my ductless air conditioner started leaking on the inside. Called AIM talked to Steve, they sent a repair man Saturday and replaced the unit Thursday. WOW what great service. Steve's communication is fantastic. He keeps you informed all along the way during repair and replacement and is so easy to talk to. I would recommend them any time. 10 out of 10 for sure

Steve changed the A/C unit in our rental house a couple of years ago and our home this year. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his company again. He was able to get a new unit installed in-between heat waves! We have an older dog that we were concerned about as the next heat wave rapidly approached and our unit stopped cooling. Steve returned calls promptly, got us scheduled for the install quickly and was competitively priced....and he made sure our dog was going to be comfortable!

I contacted Steve during our recent heatwave when our AC unit suddenly quit. Steve was able to make a late afternoon visit the same day, quoted a price at that time and scheduled the replacement within 48 hours during a very busy time. Steve contacted me the morning of the replacement to confirm his crew had picked up the unit and would be at my house at the scheduled time. His crew was polite, professional and made sure to put down protective mats in the house where they would be working. Steve dropped in during the installation to make sure everything was progressing well. The job was completed earlier than estimated. it was a pleasure having Steve and his crew perform this replacement and I wouldn't hesitate referring Steve to others.

We engaged Steve and his team for the installation of 3 Central Air Machines at our rental properties in Niagara Falls. Steve was courteous and professional. He and his team showed up when they said they were going to show and completed what they promised. We are extremely satisfied with Steve and his team and I would call Steve again in a heartbeat for all of our needs.
